7-0 against Andorra. Pedro Neto, Paulinho x2, Renato Sanches,an own goal, Ronaldo and João Félix.
Ronaldo is 8 away from being the record holder of more international goals.

All he needs. Five more of those and he's golden.
Didn't you have a friendly against Estonia or someone last time around?
edit: nope, decent teams on the whole. Was it always Andorra you were supposed to play or did someone else pull out?

Let’s be real though, that was a terrible pass from Dumfries to begin with. Maybe a better striker would have buried it anyways but that was piss poor delivery. That pass from Stengs to Dumfries though, chef’s kiss.

Lmao at international games.
Fucking Fifa.
The rest of the squad will now travel to Sweden for a Nations League match on Saturday.Fucking hell
Pogba is not undeniably a brilliant footballer. He is a technically incredibly talented player, but technique alone isn't football
Is the entire squad underachieving? Our best players like Fernandes and Rashford are doing well. Our decent players like Fred and Shaw are playing no better than decent. Pogba should be in the former bracket and plays worse than the latter bracket.
Lukaku has continued to be a strong front man who nonetheless is ill suited to the majority of top teams and has terrible first touch, exactly as he was at United. That's a poor comparison
He can't be bothered to put his talent even close to the most use. Players should be judged by what they produce, not what they're capable of when all the stars align in their favour. Plenty of other players with a huge gap between the two, don't recall any who have as many excuses made for them as Pogba has over the years.
He's been an effective sub thus far.
Why the fuck is everyone talking about Pogba?
Oh yeah, its International break.

He just a very inefficient player I think
He covers the ground, but not in a way that's required by most teams. You look at his stats and you can see his done his 10k, but remember that graphic where they showed 90% of the time he's walking or jogging? I know Liverpool's midfield are workhorses, but can you imagine one of them playing like that. They wouldn't make the bench.

He can do exceptional things, but the reality is that he doesn't do the job required of a premier league central midfielder. There's no reason why he shouldn't be able to do it, which is the main reason why he gets criticised by the midfield old boys club (obviously there are other things involved as well)
One of United's key weaknesses is that there is no leader on the pitch. Been saying this for years, they lack a talisman, a true leader to develop a structural foundation around.
Pogba is a good player, you can't expect him to be at his 100% when he wanted to leave so badly. United should have sold him couple years ago, if not then especially this past summer. Really does nobody good by keeping him.
Ohh and Ole sucks, why are you guys so married to him?

Feel like to get the best out of Pogba he needs runners around him to cover for his slow ass ability to press and cover fast transitions. He's very weak at covering defensively but thats less visible when in a midfield 3.
On the ball he's got great quality usually in his passing and to beat the press. However, the team at the moment can't afford to have him playing in a midfield 2 and he has no chances of getting in ahead of Fernandes.
Would be best for the club and for him to just move on imo, get what they can and invest in an area of the pitch that needs further improvements.

Owners happy to get top 4, will invest if they don't get top 4/change manager, once you get CL be happy with what you get/work with what you have. Ole will most likely be gone at the end of the season.

Although the club is terrible at clearing out what we don't need, its done much better recently in investing in youth talents. Hopefully they'll be able to make the step up into the 1st team.
By Laboured Go To PostTrouble is in his current form he can't even beat a decent press, he loses the ball.Yeah which is why I'm not too fussed he's been dropped. Fred has been playing close to what he was like early last season.
McTom is McTom - another player we can do with improving on.
Christ almighty. Matip won't be long getting injured, leaving us with Phillips, Williams, Koumetio, Henderson/Wijnaldum.
Player of the month in the Liga Nos for the months of September and October. Already collecting awards left and right, should also win it in November as there's only league match left this month and in November he has scored for 4 and made 1 assist in two games.

Thinking as well, Chamberlain must've properly screwed his knee too. Happened in August and no word on him since, I think, just the initial report that he had the same injury as Henderson.

Injured lol
Remember when we played 8 times in like 20 days
To be honest I don’t agree with these complaints about the fixtures, unless it’s the specific argument Klopp was making about tv kick off times.
Premier League squads have a lot of players, and there are players in the U23 sides that they should have no problem calling upon. The problem is managers don’t want to rotate that much and don’t want to call upon those players because they don’t want to risk losing games. So instead they risk players getting injured and then complain about it when it happens.
Rotate and play the U23 players more and then you won’t get as many soft tissue injuries.
