Ken Early really fucking hates Manchester United, what a legend. His United rants post-defeats are all-timers. Only bested by his hate for Mourinho.
What do we need for the Poch conversations to start turning a bit more concrete? I find it odd that he's been on the sidelines for so long, and you'd think if United get anything less than a win against Everton they're going to start circling again.
I don't think good results in the Champions League should be enough to sustain Ole - but I think it'll be enough to stop Woody needing to make the hard decision that he really won't want to.

Bottom half by December is my guess. I don't think making it out of our CL group will do anything to save Ole.
Lack of fans in the stadium make it easier to pull the trigger. No "die in a fire Woodward" songs will ensue once he's sacked.

bombing out of the CL and being in relegation spots come january
i get the sense the board wrote this year off but that set of circumstances would be too embarrassing to allow to continue
The board's stance is that the transfer window went great and we have enough for top 4. There's no way they are admitting to anything else, and blaming the manager is the easiest step.
It might also be worth reminding everyone that even Moyes got out of his Champions League group with flying colours. If I remember there was a 5-0 win away at Leverkusen that we all enjoyed at the time.

fuck this
It's concerning how crocked he has been since joining. Poor guy.
Hopefully Lampard won't go back to playing Mount there.
By R436 Go To PostIt's concerning how crocked he has been since joining. Poor guy.I agree. Lampard needs to just go all in on the Havertz, Kante, and his son in midfield. Odoi on the left and Werner down the middle. Abraham to the bench.

By Scum Go To PostSo when is Poch expected at Man Utd then? 😥

Agreed, though I think Tammy has actually been decent so far, considering his lack of minutes. Thought he was quietly pretty good on Saturday.

By KidA Seven Go To Post1-0 Boavista against BenficaFunny thing, I was watching the match and Benfica scored so I turned it off.
Angel Gomes wins the pen and then scores the pen
I've just know realized that the goal was overturned by VAR.
If Benfica loses, Sporting would be the only unbeaten team in the league and would be top of the table with a 2 point advantage.
Still too early in the game, Benfica will turn this around.

By Wahabipapangus Go To Posti thought he lived in some small nazi hideout village still. what is he up to these daysNaw he moved back to Austria from London with his GF last year and think the plan was always to get a job there eventually.
Holy shit!!!! Boavista, who had 3 points in 5 matches and it was from 3 draws, is wrecking Benfica 3-0????
Is Pochettino even the right manager for United? Not doubting his ability, but rather that the players currently there aren't ideal for the system he had such success with. From what I remember he used wingbacks to provide width and played with narrower attacking midfielders.
Would be typical of United to sign two young, talented wingers and then appoint a manager that doesn't use them.
