By cRrusheR Go To PostDid he get elbowed in the back of the head? Yes.smh
Did the opposition player time his jump well? No.
They were both wrong. Only one got hit.
Did Lallana foul Kane for a pen? 100%.
The whole point is that Kane purposely puts himself in a reckless position endangering himself and the opposition to draw a foul. He's not trying to play the ball at all and it's simply dirty play. It's akin to simulation and should be punished.
You’re describing intention, I’m describing what happened. An elbow to the back of the head is dirty play.
Why are you only focusing on Kane?
Why are you only focusing on Kane?
By /bacon Go To PostsmhIs the idea then, that a player who comes in from behind has the right of way? I can just steam forward full pelt and clean out someone else vying for the ball, then say they put themselves in a dangerous position?

SMH my head, victim blaming at its worst
I think we're saying that he is smart there, in the words of Shearer, and Salah is a dirty cheat (again from the words of Shearer).
That is certainly the discourse on the truth site, twitter.

I'm focusing on Kane because he's deliberately backing up into the opposing player, bending over and taking it raw to draw a foul. It is unsportsmanlike conduct.
And I'm also not talking about different man-on-man scenarios. Kane is known to do this, it is dangerous for himself and others, and it is simply glossed over as no big deal.

I'd say it is comparable to players going towards the corner flag trying to draw a foul. It's something I'd rather not see, but it's allowed and "clever". A massive difference however is that Kane is creating an actual fucking dangerous situation.
Guess we have to wait for someone to break his neck.

I do love the idea that they were clearly disrespectful and regrettable comments that they definitely did say and are only apologising for in light of getting caught
i mean, his voice is pretty fucking hilarious. watching the amazon documentary and surely no one of his teamm8s, cant take those team talks seriously. Young Adebayor was easier to understand.

I doubt its gonna happen though, just not worth it anymore.

I personally think the UK should build a SpecialPurposeEntity that buys him and his transfer right and just leave him there. Similar to toxic credit default swaps and loans during the banking crisis. Let the english taxpayer bail United out.

Also, seems like modern lifestyles, with a high sugar intake (going back to your soda discussion from before), has changed our jaws to a smaller more narrow one which has meant that more of us has become mouth breathers than before and spiralling down in a bad circle affecting our body from top to bottom.
I'm experimenting with taping my mouth for both sleeps and runs - it's going so so in all honesty :D
By Kidjr Go To PostCalm dribbling out under pressure, great tackler, good passer. Just a real dominant performance from him against on paper what I thought was a far superior mid.
We def have a player in Gabrielle man, guy has been good to great everygame he's played.
Martenelli back in full training, top four race is truly on.
Nice, looking forward to finally get to watch him for us.
Ajax are going to give Midtjylland their first CL points aren't they? Corona pls dont take ajax players, take midtjylland

That Elneny press is so awful from a United POV. His doggedness to win the ball back was impressive, but Shaw still had 3 or 4 different opportunities to pass the ball to a teammate. He just wasn't confident enough in his technique to do it. It's a microcosm of United's problems. As a team we're not drilled well enough to beat a coordinated press and we have only a few individuals good enough on the ball to beat a single man press.

I just can't understand how fucking inconsistent United still are under Ole. They have amazing highs and lows. Incredibly entertaining club tho.
It's very easy to understand. We are completely one dimensional: opponent plays open and gives space in the counter? United can play fine (might still lose, but generally means chances created and taken, pressure soaken up by laggy defense and good shot stopper in goal). Opponent does anything else? We are fucked. Ole won't figure it out.

Fixed. And with that in mind, I actually consider Ole my best ally #FourMoreYears.
