They finished 17th last season. This is what you get for being a mouthy, deluded twat for 3 years. I hope he will learn a bit of humility now. He didn’t need to end his career like this.

PSG are missing a lot of people due to Covid and are losing 1-0 to recently promoted Lens. Things are so bad that they subbed in Jese for the last 10 minutes.
He’s a really weird bloke
Last month he went and did an interview about how desperate he was to play for us again. Before that he was saying he’s not going anywhere, and would see out his contract despite the club not wanting to keep him. And before that he was saying he would leave us to go play up north, he deserves more money, we should sign Ross Barkley and not players he’s personally not heard of.
He doesn’t seem like the sort of person that has many friends in the dressing room. The guy has no social media and just stands around looking angry whenever you see him in training

I think, in addition to having depression in a profession in which it must really take its toll extra hard, he's the type of footballer that probably plays it as a job more than he does for any enjoyment.
By Punished* Go To PostWould you say he is "uppity", Usho?
No, I’d just say he doesn’t respect his team mates or the club. The stuff he came out with in that Sun interview a few years ago would have seen him exiled at most clubs but Poch went soft on him. He showed the same attitude when he had a tantrum in the Amazon doc after Tanganga took his place. He congratulates Tanganga on his performance in the dressing room after the game, then complains to Mou that it’s an insult for a right footed CB to play in his position despite admitting that his own form is shit. Then he said he will just train at home if he won’t play. Just the completely wrong attitude to take when a new manager rolls up and finally dropped him after the previous one perpetually indulged him. Seeing how he would handle being dropped was the first test of his character and he failed immediately.
I respect him speaking his mind on many things and I know he’s had a lot of personal problems, but he has not been able to maintain a professional attitude in recent years. He was becoming a toxic presence and it’s best for everyone to move on.
Eden Hazard turned up overweight, which upset Zidane. Real Madrid are upset with Hazard as well, because the player is not in required condition and it's a repeat of what happened last year. The player said last year that he loves to enjoy summer and eat then again this year.
absolute fucking unit
Explains why he basically sat on the bench all the time during the NT games while his brother started.
By domino Go To Post2) i really hope they do United this season. i don't recall the City season of the show having this drab/tense of a vibe.
that's probably because of the hundred points and goals scored, haha.
By domino Go To Postdoesnt he struggle with depression? could be a factor
watching the first ep now of this Spurs thing
1) i forgot Dele Alli existed
2) i really hope they do United this season. i don't recall the City season of the show having this drab/tense of a vibe. curious what ours would be like.
Essentially Ole considers the dressing room sacred and while he is manager it would never be allowed.
By Punished* Go To PostHe had a hair transplant?
If I ever suffered the indignity of baldness, I would say "get me Xherdan Shaqiri's scalpman!"

By Pennywise Go To PostExplains why he basically sat on the bench all the time during the NT games while his brother started. What I'm reading is that he's still injured, his ankle is still fucked apparently and both the NT and the club are worried the injury will get even worse, and as such, they're not forcing him to play - even briefly if needed.
I think Vinicius being in the form he's in (or was last season) makes this situation better but yeah this isn't good for Hazard.
By Perfect Blue Go To Postabsolute fucking unitHe's been so unlucky with injuries!
Edit
I can't breathe
By domino Go To Postspanish food must be really good if he came back fat twice. he never did it in England 🌝Spanish food is amazing, through and through, if he comes back fat again I wouldn't hold it against him one bit 😅 but wtf was he eating in England? Fish and chips only goes so far.
Now I want some Paella...
By Xpike Go To Postthink hazard just doesn't care anymoreTBH we haven't seen much of Hazard at Madrid but I kinda get this sense too. He doesn't come off as a killer to me. I have yet to see anyone with Ronaldo's drive but maybe that's an unfair comparison.
man knows his peak already happened
By Laboured Go To PostFelt like Hazard went for seasons at peak fitness and form, and with barely any injuries. He did. Was pretty consistent health wise for us except for that blip in 15/16. Dude has played a shitload of football in his career.

I think he's already missed more games with us injured than all of his career at Chelsea injured, could it be?
By Frustrated_me Go To PostThe Boys season 2 is not as good as season 1 (so far 3 episodes in)Hopefully it's a slow burn. Things looking like it's ramping up after the 3rd episode.

Has anyone posted a fantasy code yet?
By Laboured Go To PostFelt like Hazard went for seasons at peak fitness and form, and with barely any injuries. He was rarely injured over seven seasons with us. But breaking the same ankle twice in as many years, as well as, having a sweet tooth, not being a gym person, and admittedly, having a lazy attitude in training was always going to catch up with him. He's 30 years old in four months.

If you pay top money for any player over 27 that doesn't have CR7's work rate you get what you deserve.
While Juventus wait for Luis Suarez to terminate his Barcelona contract and get an Italian passport, they turn to Moise Kean on loan or Chelsea’s Olivier Giroudwhat a club
if we don't get our target then we'll take anything

The other Hazard bros likely compensating for being less technically gifted than their big rounder brother.
Going to mess with it while NFL starts tonight.
