This Sancho situation is perfect example of how supporters will believe the Tweets that they want and ignore the ones they don't. They actually will use the "good" info tweets to challenge the "bad" ones.
He's wants to come!

By Wahabipapangus Go To PostThis seasons joint top scorer in the Danish league is Kamil Wilzcek. He only played half a season for Brøndby, making the 17 goals even more impressive, and then went to Turkey. A huge fan favorite, and their captain. During his time in Turkey he bought 5 'support' shirts for Brøndby saying 'never alone', to support them financially during Corona. A fan thing. And despite leaving he was even on the front cover of a Brøndby book that just released.Haha I missed these crazy brondby stories
He was announced last week for Copenhagen after the Istanbul match… 💀 Brøndby fans have met up at their stadium to burn shirts with his name on, and two (!!!) parliament members, one even a minister, has called him out on twitter, one even liking a tweet calling him 'a polish whore'. Next season is going to be crazy. We got around 10k fans in both Brøndby and Copenhagens stadiums atm, and will probably continue with that next season. Could see that going way off the rails when we have a match against them already in the second match of the season.
Personally I am not a fan. We had a Brøndby forward once and he was known as 'number 32' forever as no one wanted to chant his name. But if he gives us a league title like number 32 once did… sure.
Feel like we should see more of Mason near the goal or even as a 2 with Martial some times. Has a fantastic shot on him, dangerous around the box but this stint out wide will defo help his overall game more.

He's performing to a level nobody ever would have expected for an 18 year old academy graduate. He's already one of our better players.
We're still lopsided in attack however. You're right about him being dangerous in and around the box. But he drifts inside to get the ball and leaves his flank vacant. We miss out on so many attacking opportunities from this. We had a similar problem with Rashford on the left for a while as well. And even he still drifts inside to pick up the ball quite a lot. Dunno what the solution to that is. We're doing well at the moment, but already we've seen sides begin to pack the middle knowing we don't have a threat out on either wing.

Thank you nephew. My liver is never going to improve, but I am currently without any stents in it since April, and without any major complications yet. Just fatigue. Going through transplant prep right now, which is extremely slow with the big rona.

So yeah kind of trying to find the right timing for it with my doctor. Don't want to be so sick I almost did from it (or develop cancer in the liver which is a very increased risk with primary sclerosis cholangitis), but don't want to get one too early either.
Going to spend all my insurance money on Csgo skins
Joel Glazer liking analytics might help tbh. Go via goals+assists, Jadon is there. If you look at dribbling, Jadon is worth it. If you look at 2nd assists (passes that lead to assists), Jadon is top.
As for Greenwood, it doesn't' help that he's being flanked by AWB. The guy stays wide because he can't go inward past defenders. It always has to be 1v1 where he does some cut to get off a cross or its nothing.
Might help if we switch formations to get Martial up top with Greenwood. His shooting technique needs to be on display more. We need to give him more shooting opportunities. Maybe a diamond formation where the guy behind the two is drifting to the left or right is ideal. Not sure.
Or maybe the formation is right as it is, but we'll need a superior attacking fullback.

Sancho is a premium target that has been identified ages ago. You don't play moneyball with premium targets, you just get them. I'm happy to give Greenwood the first team spot once Woodward fucks it up tho.
Massive let down for AWB is his attacking. Just rarely delivers when he gets forward. Great defensively but he looks average going forward. Fingers crossed he can develop in that area.
Once Shaw is back, I would like to see a game where we play Williams at RB and Shaw LB. Really like Williams but feel he has to stop and cut in a lot at LB being right footed. Slows the play down a bit and Rashford hasnt really got that Chem with him yet.
Greenwood does drift a lot and one of his best qualities at the moment is hes happy to pick the ball in between the lines and turn. Hasn't got the same acceleration to dribble past players as Martial when he does, but is good to see him trying. Rashford at the moment just seems to station himself out wide to create that width but feel its impacted his game a bit. Don't see him playing in a similar style to how he was pre injury. Maybe through Ole's instructions.

Glad to have a proper left footed leftback to cover Robertson
Don't think Milner is up to playing fullback anymore

No idea how ready Klopp feels Minamino, Brewster, Jones and Williams are to provide cover when needed rather than wanted, or what the prospects are of Origi/Shaqiri staying. First XI doesn't need any changes, especially in the midst of the covid financial fallout. Wonder if we'd have listened to offers for any of the front 3 in a normal summer to try and get ahead of needing to replace them, we'll never know though since there's no chance we'll be letting any major player go unless their contract situation makes it necessary (Wijnaldum?)
And nobody has the money to try to prise anyone away from us. Think it's pretty overlooked how their fitness lets us get away with having a pretty shallow depth in their positions, if any of the three has an injury-ravaged season we're in big trouble. Wouldn't be surprised if we signed someone for £20m or so in the hope rather than expectation that we could develop them to be a worthy replacement. Nobody expected Mane or Salah to be anywhere near as good as they are, so why not try that again innit
True, not sure if we'll get anywhere close to 20 million for both Grujic and Wilson in this climate too. A CB to cover Lovren's departure is probably imminent but then I wouldn't mind someone like Sarr (if they can get him of course). Admirers Mane who'll can help him being bedded in, he's young and fits FSGs model of having a big ceiling.
I dunno about sales prices being down this window. So far it seems like clubs are continuing to demand and to pay largely the same amounts that we're used to, except for a few fire sale teams like Valencia
Solid shout for Martial to be our player of the season. Was playing well before his injury earlier this season and has been excellent since the restart.

Less than half the time I spent playing FM this season so I don’t see what the issue is
Not a post about Sancho.
If Dembele is the best we can think of as an alternative we should just bin the whole idea of signing a right wing.

We all know that Barca wants to offload him and he will prolly be cheap with a decent option.
The real struggle is getting him to work, because his talent is there. The consistency with Ole could help him quite a bit, maybe Martial and Pogba would also be able to influence him in a good way.
It would be a bet for sure, but with an option to buy instead of an obligation, I think that could work out.
Would also mean that you could put your focus on more positions and your depth.
By Pennywise Go To PostDespite Dortmund getting paid if Dembele moves, I think it could be a decent move tbh.I'm not doubting his talent. He has an appalling injury record that would make a high value transfer impossible. According to transfermrkt Dembele has missed 506 days due to injury.

Chiesa's situation is kind of weird. He was the new hotness a few years ago and then hype sort of fizzled out but I looked at his production and it's been very good the last two seasons. Seems like he'd probably be a good buy.

Can't remember the last time I saw him play.
By Cleff Go To PostOnly Smalling and Dalot are realistic options for sale. No way Rojo or Jones have any suitors.Think we can get rid of Rojo. Just has to be very very cheap. Lingard is probably more doable than Jones as Jones is more injury prone, but have to think Jones' reputation as a footballer is more in tact. Either way, the strategy would be just to give them away.
What a dumb comment. His brother is still at the club and Ryan was only 18 years old in an obviously terrible side.
