Back?
ffs our season finished yesterday. Good argument to get signings in soon as our players won't be physically ready for the new season.

By Yurtlicious Go To Postlmao no highlights of his time with us
no surprise
Henry was good for you?
By Cleff Go To PostPoor Poch.Move Ole to the DoF role because he has the getsit factor and give Poch the managers job.
One of the best managers around. Deserves a top job somewhere.
By Nonja Go To PostMove Ole to the DoF role because he has the getsit factor and give Poch the managers job.If we make no signings, Poch just needs to stay available until Jan
By Wahabipapangus Go To Postmaybe not the right time for this
I only got Henry's last season at Arsenal (06/07) so I don't have a big connection with him, which is a shame, but was always a big admirer when I was still a neutral watching him.
I can't believe they hired Koeman.
Like, they just went and did that. And everyone is acting normal about it.

By Laboured Go To PostI can't believe they hired Koeman.Barca make us look competent as fuck

By Cleff Go To PostThis is going to be a fucking disaster.Fucking hell, Barca.

I still think Neymar leaving Barcelona unexpectedly is what caused a lot of the pain they're going through today. That transfer publicly humiliated the team as a whole and what started the break in trust between the board and the team/players. With Neymar gone, the need to fill in the gap was too immense for the board to handle, they tried to replace him, but all they get were shiny signings that did fuck all to advance the team forward. You can't just replace players like Neymar 1:1.
Now imagine when this board has to replace Messi, lol. If they can't replace Neymar, how can they replace Messi?
One of the biggest problems at Barca is their ridiculous dependency on key players like Messi and Neymar, they need to go through the pain in order to learn to break off from that. Just look at what happened to us when we tried to replace the GOAT, we were clueless, but our landing was a soft touch compared to what Barcelona are going to go through, and that's because Florentino and our board are capable and competent - they are ruthless at their job, they don't bend the knee to anybody (well, except for Zidane lol).

Neymar was embarrassing, but they were quite unlucky with Dembele basically dying every time he got onto the pitch. Even if he never became as good as Neymar, a fit Dembele could have filled his spot no problem.
I don't think the situation needs one particular turning point. Much like United, Barca's downfall rests on a host of poor decisions, mostly in the transfer market. Even for Griezmann and Coutinho I wouldn't be surprised if they had actually wasted more on hopeless squad fillers like Paulinho, Braithwaite, Mathieu, etc.

By Bungie Go To PostNext week on an all new episode of alt right footballers…That's pretty progressive for City
For the benefit of anyone in this thread: if you unironically like Ben Shapiro or Jordan Peterson, you're an absolute loser.
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostLiverpool fans really are the worst. Can’t they leave the guy alone.Should remember Bernardo Silva and the City team thought it was good banter to sing about Sean Cox after they won the title.
Hate to see Koeman leave the national team. He was doing a good job so far and I think our squad has only gotten better over the past 2 years. And the future looks pretty bright as well I'd say. Hard to tell if we're good enough to win a tournament, but we're slowly getting there. To me it doesn't make sense to make a move for Barca at this time. Feels more like a suicide job then anything else.
By Laboured Go To Post:lol
Silva is arguably our best ever player. I have zero issues with this.
Well said Boss.
Oh and apparently Overmars is gonna make serious work of getting back Suarez. Not sure if I want that to be honest. He's a great player and I'd love to see him play for us again. But we're already stacked up front and in dire need of a good midfielder and defender.
By Laboured Go To Post:lolThis is intense
Nothing wrong with a statue, but always feel it should be added a little while after they leave, or at least until after they retire
if barcelona believe that koeman will make them play like under pep again, they are in for a rude awakening.
mostly just cares about results.
i'm not mad and i'm not a fan of his either, but i do think it's a bitch move to leave your national side for a club.
if i were messi, i'd leave asap.

By Laboured Go To PostI mean I get it I still think we should have a statue of Fellaini's mushroom penis.
i have yet to see this thing.
By Cleff Go To PostFalcao has a massive hog iirc.
By Cleff Go To PostFalcao has a massive hog iirc.Even disregarding his play, Silva has earned a statue for this alone. Man is a tripod.
