A quick bullet point of each candidate's talking points.Now how do we staff each voting location with enough translators for those who are not able to read and don't understand english? They can still be educated on the parties and candidates but are now unable to take the test.

They're just handing out brochures to people waiting in line. What do they need verbal translators for? Reading materials are almost always written in multiple languages.

Sooo...if they can't read (14% sounds highly unlikely), how do they know who they're voting for and how are they registering to vote? That doesn't sound right at all.
