Good stuff. Were really good until the third goal. Pereira is a black hole, would have rathered we brought on Fred (I feel bad he’s been dropped, but I get why).
Just gotta keep Bruno and Poggy as fit as possible and start looking for Matic-like replacements.

The ref is ours this half

Perfect answer to the "why are we going after Grealish" questions.

Good lord. Lad scores two goals and runs more than the rest of the team after having played 120 minutes 2.5 days ago.

True, but it’s a big job to say to someone like him ‘you’re here to be rotated into the squad’, unless of course he’s the choice instead of Sancho.
Everyone who started tonight is undeniably first choice, with Greenwood the only one likely to be improved upon/replaced next year. Of course the priority has to be having quality ready to replace them, but it’s a tougher sell to Grealish than it is to McTom.
Our last two league performances have been some of our most dominant in years. Felt like we could've scored 5 against Sheffield Utd and here we basically stopped playing after the third went in and conserved energy

Lads are we a proper football team now? How many games do we have to keep this up for before we can say we're actually good?

Gotta maintain it next season. Will be so deflating if we go 20 games unbeaten and still don’t make CL.

Carrasco has been great but surely VAR takes that penalty away. That's nothing.
Wait.. they let it stand? Did he even get touched? It looked like he tripped over his own foot?

Well, difference between this run and last year's is that it doesn't feel like a false dawn again. Like we are just waiting to go back to average. Our first team is finally coming together.
Problem is, we are still far away from securing our objectives. Could play well the rest of the season, and it has a chance of everything still going tits up for us.

Remember that fuckin Burnley game.
Think Ole’s done a really good job overall this season. Done a lot of good. Not perfect, but he’s grown into the job. Sometimes it is as simple as getting good players on the pitch. Would like to see if we’re able to take that next step; a trophy would really help, but both will be really difficult.

I'd be less concerned if our games weren't so truncated due to Coronavirus. On a normal schedule, we'd be able to beast teams more comfortably with this first 11.

I like that I'm seeing players visibly improve because they're being coached accordingly. I'm not sure I've seen barely any of that with any of our players during Moyes, LVG or Mou.
By Laboured Go To PostGood lord. Lad scores two goals and runs more than the rest of the team after having played 120 minutes 2.5 days ago.I always said he would give everything he has on the pitch and will push the team to do the same.
By inky Go To PostFeels like we robbed you tbhNah, it was time. He deserved to make the jump to a bigger league and he was exactly what United needed.
I am happy that he is doing so well and that people are seeing that he is a proper talent.
Him leaving has forced us to change completely. The league is lost so we are pretty much playing a ton of youngsters that are showing their worth.
More than half of our starting 11 this days is 21 years old or under, the oldest player who has been playing is Coates at 29 years.
Of course we still miss Bruno but we are looking pretty interesting this days, best in form team in the league since the restart with 13 points out of a possible 15.
Oh, and Bruno is still paying attention to us, he always posts something on social media when Jovane Cabral scores as he had a close relationship with the youngster and the lad has been scoring bangers since the restart, including free kicks.
all three goals were fucking great but arguably the results of individual brilliance
no points for Sarriola

Yep. Wan-Bissaka in particular, but Fred, Greenwood and Martial have all improved as well.
By Cleff Go To PostConclusion: Pretty shit
Luiz and Mings been decent, not so much anyone else. Absolutely had a case of the Fulhams.

We expected him to be decent and fill a hole, but plenty of people doubted he would even make an impact in such a dysfunctional situation. But his drive is unparalleled and infectious. He's the leader we needed.
