Salah
I'm gonna put Rashford on 3rd because Im biased
Aside from him and Traore, I'd probably have the likes of Zaha, Sterling, possibly Saint-Maximin on the same level as Pepe. Deulofeu and Moura are no slouches either when it comes to beating a man

He ain't gegen pal.
Well, can’t blame him. Andreas, Lingard and others have been getting consistent minutes after subsequent lame performances.
I guess we’ll find out later it was a mistake. He’ll probably go abroad.

Shame about Gomes. Looks a very good player who didn't get the same opportunities his peers did. Hope we don't come to regret it.
Disappointing. Could be a number of reasons why he won’t sign, but ultimately if we fancied him he should have got the gametime over shit players. Made the same mistake with Pogba.
Maybe there's something the coaches saw in Gomes that they didn't like? They've not been reluctant to integrate other academy players into the side. Greenwood and Williams have been promoted while Chong is on the cusp.

It's curious - perhaps there's an attitude issue?
I think Chelsea have been linked with him, but I'm not sure what the benefit of that would be for anyone involved. Our midfield is pretty loaded as is.
It's not an attitude issue, it's just that he's not physically mature enough to cut it yet and he's been told that numerous times and that he'll have to bide his time. He simply doesn't want to.

Yeah, Frank didn't cover himself with glory in that response.
Interesting article in all actually. His triple substitution paid dividends in the end, so it was a good proactive move on his part. One could argue however that it was his poor selection in the first instance which necessitated it.
I've been thinking of doing a write-up on Frank come the end of the season. I'm generally happy with him atm, but there's still a long way to go.
i love Gomes but he's tiny, he needs time to develop his skills and it looks like he chooses to be somewhere else to do that.
Think it's apparently when he was clearly bullied while in the Europa. He can go on to become a good player, and I really hope he does.

Seen someone say it's about a clause United want disallowing him from playing against us in EL and that Inter could get around that by offering to insert an obligation to buy clause.

[The Athletic] "Summer 2014 was the last time Barca’s first XI was seriously strengthened, with €165 million spent on likes of Suarez, ter Stegen and Rakitic. Since then Barca have spent more than €800 million on new players, without even one of them establishing themselves as a senior team leader."
geez lol
By Perfect Blue Go To Postgeez lolWasted the GOAT, Bart needed booting like 4 years ago.
Barcelona are basically Manchester Club plus Messi which is bizarre as they've a ton of talent on the pitch but are utterly dependent on one player. It's going to be an almighty shit show when he retires and I'm here for it.

Would be fine with him scoring a hat trick against us if it means they buy him tbh
By Plasma Go To PostIt's nothing more than agent talk. We are negotiating a contract renewal but he still has a contract until 2022 and his release clause is 45M€.
Guess who his agent is.
There's lots of hype around him but he has yet to play a single minute despite we've been having a lot of injuries and playing tons of youngsters.

And when Messi doesn't deliver the 3 points nobody can say anything because, well, he's Messi - so it makes it even worse lol. The shit show when Messi leaves will be one for the ages. We got off relatively easy with Ronaldo's departure.
By the way, MTS is equally important as Messi IMO, the amount of times he's saved their necks is incredible.
Excuse me if this is wrong but ... is Grealish really that good that United and City will be fighting over him? Seems nuts to me, tbh.

I mean, yeah, plus he's English (particularly important for City) and he'll prolly be relatively cheap for his level of talent and age.
Sunderland season ticket holders have to wait until August for a refund for the games that weren't played.
We have no money at all. With no fans in stadiums next season, it really could be the end for us.
Just for shits and giggles: Stewart Donald took £20 million of parachute funds to BUY THE CLUB and decided to remove his obligation to pay it back. We now can't afford to refund the club's most loyal supporters...
Just for extra shits and giggles: Jim Rodwell was on the "fit and proper" panel at the EFL when Donald and his cronies were passed as eligible to own SAFC. Jim Rodwell, two years later, is now the CEO of Sunderland and overseeing this absolute disaster.

It's just fucking mad you ever sacked him. Entire leadership of the club should be fucking sectioned.
