Man I hate this time of the year. This summer will mostly be about Tagliafico, Onana and Van de Beek I'm afraid. Think we were lucky with Neres his injury, he hardly played this season. In a way all the injuries fucked up our CL ambitions this season but now it also comes as a blessing in disguise.
Saw Leicester linked to Tagliafico today, probably just some wild rumours. But if we're selling him for just 25 million (to any club really) I'm gonna cry in a corner somewhere. I also don't get how some Dutch people are trying to convince themselves Leicester is a step up. Yes the league and the salary are a step up. But in the end it's still Leicester and how well their team is greatly depends on what happens on the board side of things. Leicester is still a feeder club for the big boys and can just as easily go back to being 10th next season or the season after. Considering Nico is 27 currently I'd probably opt for a bigger club than Leicester, one that can actually compete for trophies/CL football on a structural basis.
