Arsenal don't have an option to buy Ceballos iirc. Just as well because he doesn't really offer enough to bother signing. Very technically proficient but doesn't seem to effect games in an substantial way.

Honestly he still needs ALOT of work. There are some weakpoints about him that top clubs can't afford. Regardless of that, his sheer willpower is what makes him special.
He's always giving 100%, both within the games and during training. That last goal was pretty telling, he was alredy exhausted and should have been subbed, but he still went in and pushed it over the line.
