If Dortmund are holding out for that much I reckon we'll walk away and focus on other areas/players.
The links to Tolisso and Donny are interesting as on the face of it we have more than enough midfielders. If there's truth in these links it's probably because we're looking to move on Lingard/Mata/Pereira within the next months.

That's the dream (altho I think he'll keep Mata).
By Laboured Go To PostThat's the dream (altho I think he'll keep Mata).Could be over a 12 month period. Mata only has a year left on his contract and neither Lingard or Pereira have done enough to warrant a place in the squad imo. Donny and Tolisso would be significant upgrades. Only, who would take our players. Both on big wages in a time when money seems to be scare for clubs.

Why does everybody believe every article & tweet written about football transfers? They're just guessing while contradicting what they said the previous week..... it's almost as if they're making it up to get clicks & make money.
United are getting Sancho this summer for a large amount of money, that's all there is to it.

Have you updated to the latest drivers?
By Elchele Go To Postdat scoutingSort of -- the kid was clearly an absolute beast and I was sure he'd succeed at Bayern but I'm sure everyone is surprised at how quickly he has become a key figure. European teams just need to just be more willing to sign up young talent from MLS.. hopefully this helps. Gio Reyna is also showing how good the development can be in MLS academies. There are a lot of other really impressive young kids in the league right now.
it was pure luck
I love how effective that ridiculous tea lady is. She lives in England so I am so curious what her real life friends and neighbors think about her.. they must all find it incredibly amusing. The friends at least.

I think United will wait to see if market conditions dictate his price coming down otherwise we'll just pay. Actually think we're more scared of the optics of spending that much rather than actually spending it.
Man, this is going to be the shitiest league in a long time.
Benfica drew again, 2-2 away at Portimonense, they blew a 2 goal lead.
That's 4 consecutive draws in the league, 1 win in the last 9 matches in all competitions.

There was a bit of interest from other clubs before the break and Porto needs to sell in the summer.
Alex Telles is definitely gone, he doesn't want to renew and Porto won't risk losing him on a free as they did with Herrera and Brahimi.
Nakajima is going to be a trick situation, they paid a ton for him and there's something going on with him, the manager won't say what it is but says that it is a problem for the board to resolve and not the team.
There are rumours that he is refusing to train because of Covid-19 or unpaid wages.
Corona's goal
Junior Tavares's excellent goal that gave Portimonense the draw against Benfica
Watched a few YouTube compilations. Tolisso loves a 40 yard diagonal from midfield to the wing. We've missed that since Rooney left. Sign him up.

Porto won 1-0, Alex Telles was sent off near the end.
Porto now have a two point lead over Benfica.
They look like the least worse team, Benfica is going through a crisis and things aren't looking like they will improve soon.

London bois:
Looking to move in with my girlfriend in September and we've narrowed down to either Crouch End/Finsbury Park, Brixton or Hoxton. Anyone know much about what they're like to live in for two "young professionals"?
We're currently in Putney which is nice, but expensive and a bit of a ballache to travel to at times.

By WJD Go To PostLondon bois:I've lived in Hoxton for the past 3 years, its great, enough of a link to anywhere I need to get to, pretty great transport too. It can be a bit expensive and a little hard to find a nice place for a reasonable price, it's just highly variable in quality. You've got enough time to find something though. There are a ton of solid restaurants near by too.

Brixton is great too, I'm a big fan. It's definitely a lot more yuppie now than when I was a kid, but I imagine that suits a lot of people (bar everyone who grew up there). That said, it's less accessible for me given where my friends/work are.
Finsbury Park is cool, have a few friends that live there, but it feels like there's less to do in the immediate vicinity.
