FFXV and MGS5 fell into "make everything open world" trap that gamers were clamoring for and those games were worse for it.
I don't know how I feel about the game but I will say when you get into a fight and that remixed Battle theme starts going it feels like the Anime equivalent of BFG Division

By domino Go To PostY’all got any tips for running up stagger? I started using L1 shortcuts with cloudEvery enemy is different and early on its a bit more about using the hand you're dealt. A lot of enemies straight up explode when Cloud hits them in the beginning chapters of the game. If you can, use Barret or Tifa instead. When it says try to trigger pressure status by interrupting guys guys first I guess - then pour it on to run up stagger.
Again, kinda hard with most trash mobs because they just flatout die.
