By n8 dogg Go To PostWould it be a Deadwood rewatch? If you haven’t seen it, you should. Incredible show with pantheon-level performances from McShane, Dourif, Weigert, Sanderson.
Would be a rewatch. I loved it, but the just felt lacking at the end.
But my mate has rewatched it 15-20 times he said, so want to watch it to chat to him about it haha.
Loved McShane’s second. He was great in it. Also liked the dude who played Hearst.
By Batong Go To PostThat was quick 😅
Either working, running, or watching it haha.

I thought Omar was the last scene.
I miss it already.
Season 4>Season 1>Season 2>Season 5>Season 3
Really hard for me to pick between 4 and 1, but 4 just nudges it for me.
I really like the school, politics and investigation aspects of Season 4
Season 1 is straight up the best when it comes to dealing with the drug investigation.
Season 2 is one that I didn’t enjoy when I first watched it, but this time I appreciated it more.
Season 5 did nothing with the newspaper storyline other than Scott was a dick. Didn’t need to be there.
Season 3 seemed a poorer version of Season 1 with Hamstardam thrown in.

Finally finished my season 1 rewatch a few days ago with my bro (it’s his first time ever watching the show), he said it’s not for him but he could appreciate the acting and the writing in it, unfortunately it was just too slow for him lol

That was so good.
Omar vs Levy in the courtroom is one of the best scenes of the entire show 😂
“You got the suitcase, I got the shotgun. It’s all in the game, right?” Amazing line.

I love how he walks in with that tie.
Omar is the best character in the series. Just steals every scene.
Honestly, I was just waiting for him to get back on the screen the whole show.

Man, the scene between Stringer and Avon in the penultimate ep of S3 where they talk about what they were doing as kids
hits so hard now, unbelievably acted and written scene. “Ain’t gotta dream no more, man” 😭😭😭
Loving this show more and more on rewatches.
