Arsenal are shit because Wenger didn't replace his players properly. And who the fuck is scared of Arsenal anyway these days. They used to beat up people, they used to be intimidating and play incredible football.
That invincibles team.
Then they lost the CL final and turned into average shit.
Not to mention losing their best players on a regular-basis because they get tired of never being relevant in title contention.

Arsenal are beasts once again, rvy. Try and keep up. Emirates game vs Monaco was a fluke. The treble is on for next season.

It's not exactly football but UEFA Futsal Cup Finals start today. I think Eurosport has the coverage rights for all of Europe. Semifinals will be between Russian Champions Dina and Azerbaijan Champions Kairat and the big game of the night will be between Barcelona and the home team, Sporting. 10.500 fans will be on the stands, a competition record. It's going to be great.

Please don't pay attention to them, it will be difficult but absolutely plausible for us to beat us.

So Yurt is a madrid fan as well.
Fucking Fantastic.
Expect we'll draw or lose tomorrow, and that'll be the season done, the dream dead, sogno impossible, battle for 5th. At least Southampton are playing Spurs. Done the double over both of them, and still battling with them. Can't wait for the season to end tbh. Get rid of the deadwood, see if FSG have faith in B-Rod, get on with things.
Had our last 2 seasons fucked by Chelsea and Man Utd, with Gerrard killing us both times. Nightmare.

I would love to see Juve on the final, one of my earliest Champions League memories is of Juve playing (and losing) the final against Dortmund.
It's been to long, they deserve another final.

By nate Go To PostHitch we aren't winning on Sunday.Man Utd's results mean almost nothing to us now. I'll still smirk whenever you drop points, but it doesn't help us. There's no way you nosedive to the extent that you drop out of the top 4.
I don't know if I could take another lost CL final. Although it would probably hurt a lot less than the others, where we were either favourites or it was to close to call. This time we'd need an actual miracle.

By nate Go To PostYes it does. You win, we lose and its 5 points.Essentially 6 with GD I think, and only 4 games to catch up, with one of our's being at Stamford Bridge. Not happening. Shred of hope to catch City, we're much more likely to finish 7th than 4th though imo. We looked like a team who have downed tools for the season in a Cup semi (a semi-final ffs), and have looked like that since the start of March. Clanked a few results since then, nothing to suggest that we'll be putting any real pressure on though
By FootballFan Go To PostExactly why I posted saying I hope to draw them in the semis. A clasico final is happening now and it will be unbearableWaaaaa waaaaaa... I anticipate my team being in the greatest fütbol competition final.. Waaaa.
Someone post that Don Draper waaa.gif
Everyone is writing off Bayern.
Everyone is writing off Juventus.
"oh no classico final confirmed"
Calm the fuck down. These are tight games. Bayern have every chance of beating Barca, that game will be tight.
Juventus as defensive as they are can very well single Madrid.
Step off the La Liga high horses.
The trophy is completely up for grabs.

If that's the truth that would be crazy. Bayern are in fine form and can surely beat Barca if they have some good games.
I've literally read that a classico final will be boring like 20 times since the draw, like Barca will plow right through us, and that Barca and Madrid are confirmed. That's nowhere close to the truth.
I want Barca to win and I want an entertaining final so the only option is Barca Madrid.
Barca would kill Juve.
Barca would kill Juve.
haven't Liverpool got a game in hand?
We lose tmrw, they win gane in hand and tomorrow and its 2 points.
Far from over m8s. We need to win 3 out of the 5 games remaining for us.

I think a clasico final would be ok, the full power of the South American frontline vs. the Ronaldo James Chicha connection.
Karl Henry @karlhenry08 57m57 minutes ago
Footballers aside, why do people demonise our country's high-earners yet have no issue with those who abuse the benefits system?
"But I am Karl Henry."

By wedward Go To PostThis is it.Watching it with a good friend who is a Chelsea fan. Should be interesting to see how it turns up. But I suspect it will be a draw with Chelsea kicking the shit out of our players.
This is the weekend.
The weekend Arsene finally beats Mou.
I feel it.

Wouldn't mind seeing Coq kick the shit out of Cesc or Matic.
I was shocked when I realised Karl Henry still plays in the PL a few months ago. Might as well bring Michael Brown back

Seeing him turn out for QPR earlier on this season was as big a "wtf!?" moment as seeing Ameobi Sr. on the Palace bench.

For those who are interested in the Bundesliga, there is an old saying that says that money scores goals.
Well, it cannot be more true elsewhere than in Germany :
I often wondered why Stuttgart, Hamburg and Werder which used to be decent teams (Werder especially) all crashed down these past five years. Well, the answer screams "bad management".
I cannot express how disappointed I am with the aforementioned teams. How could you lose money (in the case of Werder) at a time when TV rights deals are going up and newer stadiums help racking in money ? How can you let Mönchen-fucking-gladbach's finances surpass yours when they were in the shitter five years ago and you were playing the semi-finals of a UEFA competition ?
It makes no sense. Reminds me actually of very well documented examples of Leeds, Newcastle, Parma and Inter to name a few.

These costs were way too high and with bad transfers and overall decisions included, it was only a matter of time.
By Pennywise Go To PostThe difference is, Werder extended their stadium when they never had such a big following anyway.See, that's what I am saying. You mentioned Merder but HSV also failed to bank on the presence in their ranks of Petric, Boateng, de Jong, Mathijsen and VdV. Stuttgart once had one of the best youths in Europe and they fucked up too (they signed fucking Pavel Pogrebnyak to replace Mario Gomez). These shit decisions have led the historical German equivalents of Chelsea, Everton and Arsenal to be on the verge of being relegated.

The boards of these teams should hang.
