I quote everybody. You just think i quote him that much because you h8 him for trash talking Juve. He barely posts as well.
We lost because we want to defendn our 4th place trophy again
everyone trash talks Juve (because let's face it, we ARE trash) including Juventini, that's not why he's on my ignore list :)
By Probity Go To PostYeah, Pep said in the press conference a while back today that he was staying for sure and that he's said so plenty of times. I'm mixed on my feelings for him at the current point. I was thoroughly wrong in my judgements of putting Alaba in midfield, and the players he is reportedly interested in line up with the needs of the club. He's put in a lot of work and when his pseudo-possession/blitzkrieg thing works it dominates teams. He's done well this season despite so many injuries even when I've been complaining recently about some of his shitty tactical plans and some of the bullshit he's done with like Lahm and the like. I think that if all things work out and we get the main targets we have player-wise, we will have a solid season next year - even with playing more of our younger guys hopefully.
Besides, I couldn't see Pep going to City. He's interested in United. Loved the atmosphere and all that. Müller though, I am deeply concerned about him staying. He's my absolute favorite player and I couldn't deal with him going to England because of his current issues with Pep.
Muller has issues with Pep? MULLER of all people? WHAT HAPPENED

By Yurt Go To PostMuller has issues with Pep? MULLER of all people? WHAT HAPPENEDNot sure if sarcastic or not but I will just explain anyways.
There are a lot of factors with the situation, the biggest evidence of it is a little touchline thing him and Pep had when he was subbed off in the Barca game. See Müller isn't like Kroos, doesn't throw tantrums, but apparently through all the pent up frustration with the situation, he said something along the lines of "You finish this shit" when he was going to the bench.
Other than that, there are some tactical disputes, Müller being played in his less useful position more often, getting snubbed a bit last season, a conflict in mentalities, that sort of thing. Müller has been through a ton of speculation since Guardiola came around about his future with Bayern, rumors saying he'll move to United to play for van gaal again. I'd never forgive Pep if that happened.

No it was a genuine question.
Muller doesn't strike as a Pep player to begin with, especially one that plays wide. I can easily see any of your treble winning young players pulling a Kroos too, because seriously, what is there more to accomplish after that? Might as well go out for a new challenge abroad

By Probity Go To PostMüller has been through a ton of speculation since Guardiola came around about his future with Bayern, rumors saying he'll move to United to play for van gaal again. I'd never forgive Pep if that happened.
You don't have to. Pep will be long gone before Müller would leave. If he really did leave because of Pep there would be a fan revolt of hitherto unknown proportions.
Müller will eventually be Bayern's captain, I am sure. He is the fan favourite (with many, including me, already complaining vocally when he is subbed).
But yes, Müller is not a typical Pep player. And I think Pep often had/has trouble seeing how best to use him.
By Cleff Go To PostTom Brady just got rekt.
Fucking right, too.
By Yurt Go To PostNo it was a genuine question.Müller isn't really like that. He loves the club, been with the team since he was 11. He'd really only leave if he couldn't stand being around anymore. That's normally the case with the people on our team. Mandzukic didn't want to leave for the challenge, he just knew he wouldn't play as much. Kroos left because he felt undervalued by the team, and that sort of thing. It is a real shame, all things considered. I hope it doesn't happen with Müller.

Pretty light honestly. He'll appeal and possibly get a game or two taken off.
He cheated and ended up winning a Super Bowl. Now he gets a 4 week unpaid vacation. Would anyone be surprised if Tom or Bill got caught cheating again?
By Gambit Go To PostYou don't have to. Pep will be long gone before Müller would leave. If he really did leave because of Pep there would be a fan revolt of hitherto unknown proportions. It's pathetic really. Müller isn't all that complicated to put in the team. You stuff him on the right side and give him the freedom to roam, and then he scores or gets assists. Müller isn't typical in his abilities but he has a sort of understanding of the game that you just don't see often. My absolute favorite player. Thing is though, I almost have a hard time seeing him as captain. He generally doesn't come across as the leader type like Lahm, Schweinsteiger, or Neuer. Though, I'd never have thought Schweinsteiger would be in the leadership role if I'd seen him 10 years ago.

Pep makes some stupid decision with him too. He wasn't himself in the Barca game, but honestly, he was still doing quite well when you realize how often we were giving up the ball. He had some solid passes that just didn't amount to anything, and then Pep put in in fucking Götze like that would help. It was stupid all around. I can understand Müller being upset, and he's one of the very few especially blunt players that won't deal with the bullshit. I'm surprised Lahm likes Pep, honestly.
By Probity Go To PostItThing is though, I almost have a hard time seeing him as captain. He generally doesn't come across as the leader type like Lahm, Schweinsteiger, or Neuer.didn't he send the whole team some pep talk messages after losing the CL final? CAPITANO MULLERRRR
Let's be real though.
The punishment doesn't fit the crime.
There was a lot that happened in between the games.
There is a way to sanction the team, but this isn't it.
And those who are cheering this should be calling for HEAVIER penalties.
This is a tricky situation, though.

By Yurt Go To Postdidn't he send the whole team some pep talk messages after losing the CL final? CAPITANO MULLERRRRHe is a prime motivator, and a big leader in the upper midfield area at times. Also embodies the club, but he is a bit too erratic I guess. Too childish almost. Maybe in time, he'll mature more and be perfect for the role. Chances are it will be Lahm > Schweinsteiger > Neuer > Müller if it works out that way. Love that guy.
