That rumour has been going around since Sunday hope it is true. Midfield closer and having Fernando part of that (+ budget rules) should be fun.
Anyway, we will know for certain tomorrow, as 2nd driver will be announced.

By FortuneFaded Go To PostBBC usually the last to report a story but the most accurate.Benson is mostly ok and has good sources in the paddock, but sometimes feel he is trying a bit to hard to be important.

2020 Race:
Only bog thing I can think of is the 2nd RBR seat, Vettel, or him to Alfa or instead baby Shumi.
Looks like rain on Saturday, would make Sunday fun again. (mixed grid)

So that big news was merely his speculation that Vettel would return to RBR next year… 🙄 played us like a damn fiddle

Ah ok, not full clickbait, Christians connection with Marko/Dietrich to good, but for now wishfull thinking and only iif Albon does not deliver more than last season.
FP1:
2nd week so not much shocking happening, maybe FP2 with a chance of no running on Saturday due to heavy rain.

FP2
More interesting as many teams used an extra set of reds. Probably afraid tomorrow will be wet, but normally there is a Q session on the Sunday, maybe I missed a memo, or they know they will not use them in FP3. Lewis was weirdly struggling, as in we were here last week and set-up was ok, so not sure what that was about. Albon is quickly becoming Gasly 2.0 (multiple spins) and need to calm down quickly otherwise Horner is going to chance his mind. Sunday lot cooler, so hard to read to much in to long runs. But RBR en Merc faster than midfield + Albon.
Albon:
En do hope next three tracks that will be confirmed are indeed the three rumored right now, Imola, Portimao (Algarve) en Hockenheim (always fun race).

Still great seeing them driving like this, although track bit to small for full field (spray).
Perez the one out and Russel first time Q2? !!

By FortuneFaded Go To PostWasn’t racing point supposed to be really fast this season? They are in the dry, maybe floor not working with water or car to stiff (chassis). Lewis and Max seems to be the ones deciding pole.
Ferrari lads dry or wet, same pace and Vettel only one through p10, Russel 12 and Gasly vs Kvyatt is painful.
That car pit in cost Max fastest lap and almost destroyed it in T10 (mega save), Lewis faster anyway, every session!!
Great race tomorrow, Sainz top, shame for Lando (3 places) and Ocon also better than DannyRic !!
Q last few minutes::
Track side cam save:
Lando save !
Vettel of:
Lewis vs Max laps, two errors more cost Max, but amazing how they control those cars in these conditions!!
With 3p penalty for Charles (impeding Kvyatt & Lando from Fri.) this is professional grid.
With more and more data provided peole are getting some useful graphs out of it
Lewis vs Vettel
And love Max not trying to find excuses and saying he could never have done that Lewis lap time.
And not all was well for everyone :P , spins/errors
And wet weather means great (aero) shots!
And my favorite Corona proof podium ceremony :P

Should be fun, RPs out of order, Lando looked good last weekend and if one car has a slight issue up front Carlos could be looking at another McLaren podium.
Lets see if the teams fixed their issues from last weekend and we get more than 11 cars at the checkered flag.

By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostFerrari better do something special.unless, like last race, a late SC and being on different tires, the midfield is their place right now. But look at last weekend with all the DNFs and evything is possible.

Can kind of understand arguments that Alonso and Vettel were past their peak upon joining Ferrari. But no way we're their abities so diminished that they couldn't compete with Mercedes. Management and engineering have fucked over their drivers again and again
Albon needs to start racing, loosing a second a lap  and RBR needs to hope that Merc tires wear more, although hard to see that happening.
hahaha. sorry Shanks just one more ;) , but it is going to be a long year with the Corriere dello Sport hammering them every weekend.
