A lot of doctors for whatever fucking reason won't go over this when people complain about pain, depression, and fatigue. I know people who have had to push hard for thyroid examinations and lo and behold glandular issues. Some of it can't be fixed (there-in lies where the knowledge is severely lacking) but it does indicate a problem that exists.

The New Orleans Pelicans announced that forward Zion Williamson left the NBA bubble at the Walt Disney World Resort on Thursday morning because of an urgent family medical matter and that he intends to rejoin the team at a later date.
"We fully support Zion's decision to leave the NBA campus to be with his family," Pelicans executive vice president of basketball operations David Griffin said in a statement. "Out of respect for the Williamson family, we will have no further comment at this time."
Williamson will quarantine for four days upon return to the NBA's bubble if he has a negative test each day he's outside the bubble if he's gone for seven days or less.

tbf, that is only if he also tests negative every day he is outside the bubble and only up to 10 (i think) days. Then it goes to a 10 day day quarantine once he gets back (instead of 4 days if the trip outside lasted fewer than 10 days). If he tests positive at any point during all of this, welp. He gonna be out for quite a while.
