By jjasper Go To PostNBA canโt solidify the draft order until they figure out how to get Zion into the playoffs.Just play out the remaining games in the season and things will play out just fine.
MGM Resorts International has pitched the NBA on an audacious proposal to house their athletes and necessary support staff to hold their seasons on a quarantined block on the Las Vegas Strip, according to Kevin Draper of the New York Times.https://www.nytimes.com/2020/05/01/sports/when-sports-come-back-nba-nfl.html
MGM has ownership stakes in more than a dozen hotel-casinos in Las Vegas, and per the report they envisions a fully quarantined campus, essentially one full block of the Las Vegas Strip, where players would live and play out whatever schedule the leagues want. Plus, the athletes would be joined by their families, league and broadcast media employees, as well as the staff and vendors needed to serve them, with access to lounges, spas, restaurants, gambling and all the other perks the resorts offer.
ok
EDIT: This reminds me of something I heard before: Does strippers lead to gambling or gambling lead to strippers?

Harry Potter with its trash-ass movies was pulling in close to a billion worldwide gross long before Nolan took over Batman and did the same with Dark Knight
I just checked.
Dawn of Justice and Justice League made same amount of money as the two Fantastic Beasts movies.
Imagine Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman being as popular as some lame Dumbledore movies starring ugly ass Eddie Radmayne ๐

You both have no souls. One of you thinks FF7โs dialog is great
By DY_nasty Go To PostIt's better than Harry Potter.๐๐
By Fenderputty Go To PostYou both have no souls. One of you thinks FF7โs dialog is greatI've been watching all the HP movies for the first time this past month, and out of the 5 thus far, the only one worth watching is Prisoner of Azkaban. It's truly a piss poor exercise in movie making.
It's the only one in the series that knew how to stick to a coherent plot, good cinematography, editing, pacing, and actually made the three main characters behave/interact accordingly as you'd imagine humans would.
I for one a) have never read a Harry Potter book and b) have never seen a Harry Potter movie and c) do expect a prize in the afterlife if I maintain this streak.

By /sy Go To PostShame it had to be based on that book with that dumb time shit at the eneThey ditched that shit real quick in the follow ups and then decided to make Harry, Ron, and Hermoine giant assholes to each other for no reason.
By DY_nasty Go To PostJust think. We'll be the boomers to witness a Harry Potter reboot.
I'm resigned to having to take my kids to go and see it.

By rodeoclown Go To PostIf that game is done right, it's going to do monster numbers. It's honestly shocking they haven't tried to do a game before now. There are like over 20 Harry Potter games.. WB doesn't actually own Harry Potter. JK does, last I understood it.
By blackace Go To PostThere are like over 20 Harry Potter games.. WB doesn't actually own Harry Potter. JK does, last I understood it.They own the films, but not the novels. Same as their Lord of the Rings rights.
Originally, they were licensing out the film series games to EA, but a couple years ago, WB Games set up a division just to make HP games. They've done some mobile stuff so far and Avalanche is doing an open world game for consoles.
Thought she still had a lot of the creative power over what can be made and what can't even in the cinematic world
Watching 2011 NBA Finals Game 5 Miami vs. Dallas. Went back to search the old NeoGAF NBA thread and I'm not sure I've ever seen NBA-GAFfers and driveby fans more united in wishing Miami lost, among other things.
