Have to say, voiding the season would be such a gift for Arsenal, our worst season in decades might not even exist anymore. We don't deserve it tho.
So does Liverpool. Winning 27 out of 29 games and not winning the trophy would turn them into the unluckiest team in the world, barely overtaking Manchester United.

I think that’s the thing that sticks in the craw more than even us not winning the league. The idea of a solution that benefits Stan Kronke, Mike Ashley, Karren Brady and the Dildo Brothers above all others has somehow become the moral standard.

Paratici expects the transfer window to be more like the NBA, straight trades.
Agnelli "We are all football executives responsible for the well-being and sustainability of the clubs we manage, which are faced with a real existential threat,” .
“As football is now at a standstill, so are our revenue flows on which we are dependent to pay our players, staff and other operating costs.
“No-one is immune and timing is of the essence. Meeting our concerns will be the biggest challenge our game and industry has ever faced.”
“Discussions are very active as to what the approach to the UEFA licensing and FFP framework should be in light of the current crisis.”

Anyway, re voiding the season, this thread by Rory Smith is very good and thinking upon the ramifications I'm pretty much convinced this season will get finished regardless of when that is and the next season will follow on whenever that is.

I'm going bored out of my mind during the days. Been off work since the start of March without pay except the times I had to go in and do managerial stuff, but that has all dried up now. Schools will hopefully reopen here on 6th April, but the government are gonna make an announcement early next week about sticking with it or delaying again.
I've been rather lucky with my savings, but a lot of people I know are really on hard times because of being out of work. I had to recently loan a friend some money to help pay some of his medical bills.
Korea never went in to lockdown mode like I keep seeing around the world. So, I have pretty much been living my normal life in the evenings, going out and having a good time. Maybe too much of a good time as my weight has ballooned right up.
Thankfully, I have yet to know of anyone who has confirmed coronavirus, or hear from friends who know someone.
I hope all is well with you.
So my birthday turned out to be amazing. Besides the incredible surprise my friends made me that I already shared on Twitter, my sister and her roommates sent me a video playing happy birthday on a acoustic guitar and singing, to finish the night I spent 5h on a video call with friends just drinking and talking.
My spirits are high and the amount of love I was shown will keep me going for the next weeks.

a few of our players are taking a paycut to help the club, including Ronaldo.
Ancelotti “When all this ends, there will be a general downsizing. Coaches and players will earn half of what they do now, the ticket prices will drop, TV will pay less and maybe everything will be better”

official: Juventus players have agreed to take a collective pay cut, saving the club around €90m.
As per an official statement, Juve’s squad will receive no wages in March, April, May and June of this year, with a view to “conditional increases” if the season ends up resuming.
“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that, due to the current global health emergency is preventing the performance of the sporting activity, it has reached an understanding with the players and the coach of the First Team regarding their compensation for the residual portion of the current sport season.
“The understanding provides for the reduction of the compensation for an amount equal to the monthly payments of March, April, May and June 2020. In the coming weeks, personal agreements with the players and the coach will be finalised, as required by the current regulations.
“The economic and financial effects of the understanding reached are positive for about €90m for the 2019/2020 financial year.
“Should the current season's matches be rescheduled, the Club will negotiate in good faith with the players and the coach conditional increases of compensations according to the actual resumption and finalisation of official competitions.
“Juventus would like to thank the players and the coach for their commitment at a difficult time for everyone.”
