Anyone that isn't a doctor saying anything other than "there is possibly a link and if you don't get out much or eat well you might think about taking a small supplement or asking your doctor about it" was talking garbage.
We have based a lot of what we have done throughout the pandemic based on similar types of correlations, this one was pretty much the least intrusive or costly.
