Oh I had internal bleeding, that's why I was in for 8 days (they managed to make a hole in my gallbladder, when I had an ercp...). I was sent home the same day, and started throwing up blood. Good shit. That's fixed now though. The asshole bleeding is just exactly that. The actual asshole getting rekt.
