By Cleff Go To PostSancho and Soumare linked with Liverpool and Mbappe falling out with Tuchel.Sancho‘s price is going to be a big hill to climb.
Bring me death.
Soumare wants either us or Liverpool supposedly.

By Willkiller Go To PostJust seen that (first) Messi assist from last nightLuck?

By batong Go To PostLuck?
By Cleff Go To PostSancho and Soumare linked with Liverpool and Mbappe falling out with Tuchel.Reddy had an article (a nothing article tbh) today implying we won't be making major signings like those, don't need £80m+ signings etc.
Bring me death.
Wouldn't be keen on that purely because our front 3 not heading a rest again.

5/10 Tottis
Totti would have already made the pass as soon as he received the ball.

Totti didn't make a pass that good in his whole career m8
high line against Barca/Messi like why
Messi could really be a midfielder in his old age if he wanted to

Honestly watch the first minute and tell me there aren't at least 5 passes better than that Messi one.
And watch 1:40 for my favourite pass of all time. Pasically took out the whole legendary Parma defence with a single pass.
3rd Maldini to wear the Rossoneri jersey.
Daniel has some big shoes to fill, gramps and dad both lifted the European Cup as captains.
President of the Referees Association Marcello Nicchi said Italian officials are “to use his own term, disgusted” by Fiorentina patron Rocco Commisso’s comments
lol
lol
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostHe'll be lucky to win that Europa League 2 that's starting.

By Frustrated_me Go To PostLingard is everyone encapsulated in what Simeone wouldn't want.Lingard is a hard worker. I could see a manager like Simeone appreciating that. Mourinho did too. But his actual quality on the ball is poor.
By Yurt :3 Go To Postwhat does hard worker even mean when you're bad at your positionFuck knows. But it's what got Fellaini constantly selected in midfield despite having zero pace or technique.
STILL AT IT LMAOOOO
Ahhhhh
Juventus vice-president Nedved followed Commisso on DAZN after the game and his comments seem to have further infuriated the Fiorentina patron.
“Nedved cannot talk about me in such a disrespectful way. I demand respect from the Lega Serie A for the good of Italian football. I don’t need to ask anyone for favours, but I don’t like being treated like some idiot from America.”
Ahhhhh
Zeman “I do hope that women’s football can keep growing, although we’ve got more than enough problems in the men’s game that need fixing.
“Besides, women in Italy have always tended to stay in the kitchen. I don’t know if that’s a bad thing or not. Men have to eat."
By Cleff Go To PostFuck knows. But it's what got Fellaini constantly selected in midfield despite having zero pace or technique.Fellaini became a footballer off his ability to clank out wins out of sheer height
Lingard doesn't even have that
Had a good chat in my football podcast today about Liverpool’s next job being to gain immortality, to not just be a title winning side but to be a legendary one like United 98/99 and Arsenal 03/04.
Tried to work out an amalgamation of the best side of the three, and they deferred to me as the only one older than 20 in the room...
I went for
Schmeichel
Alexander-Arnold, Stam, van Dijk, Cole
Beckham, Vieira, Keane
Henry, Bergkamp, Mane
sorry scholesy and giggsy
sorry kolo and bobby p
sorry hendo and bobby f
i will not be taking questions at this time

ok it worked this time! Imagine being Vieira, sandwiched between Keano and Becks

Most teams have figured out how to play againts Barca - defend deep and kill them on the counter, then you have Levante doing the exact opposite.
Then, icing on the cake, Levante tried to play from the back, building up from the keeper, lol every 3rd pass lead to a loss of ball. They're trying to play a style which they have no talent to back up/support.
How that match ended 2-1, who knows.
By Laboured Go To PostNo I'm sorry but you just can't put Henry on the right like that's just fine I will not have it.
4-3-1-2 dennis in the hole
By Laboured Go To PostNo I'm sorry but you just can't put Henry on the right like that's just fine I will not have it.lmao I don't think he ever scored a goal from the right cutting in on his left
By Laboured Go To PostHa, definitely wondered aloud what the xG was at the end of the game. Scored a lot of goals this season obviously but been incredibly inconsistent lately. I imagine our actual output vs xG must be pretty terrible.
By Cleff Go To PostUnited's 07/08 side was better than the treble winning one.
I agree but I don’t think they’re a legendary side in the same way - or at least perceived as one. Lots of title-winning sides (Mou’s first Chelsea side, Leicester, and current City) are notable, but I think the argument for best side would come down to United’s treble-winners and Arsenal’s undefeated side. United double winners 07/08 and Arsenal double 01/02 will be seen as lesser teams because of the feats of the club at another point.
By Yurt :3 Go To PostWilly, there you go!GOAT that goal at 6:35 is crazy, ball is travelling fast and dipping hard behind him and he manages to score it with 1 touch as the defender is applying pressure.
some fucking belters in there too you gotta give it to him.
