I loved the original show as a kid, and I heard good things about the recent movies as far as kids movies go.

its been maybe 10(?) years since i watched The Challenge on MTV but I'm back for some fast food TV and it's as good as ever.
+ the events are way cooler
+ seems like they allow people to fight now. or at least its not an auto elimination if you....spit on someone after they shoot a fire extinguisher at you
+ the girls are hotter now
- doesnt seem like they party as much during the show
- the social game feels like its the most important now since they're pulling folks from like 12 different reality shows now. shame MTV doesnt do real World or Road Rules anymore. i always liked in the old seasons of The Challenge where the newbies would at least have a block of folks to come in with from the most recent RW season
- they still have some washed up folks from like 2005 on here

two episodes in. it's still as gripping as before.
however... i'm so tired of this cold, blue, clean-looking aesthetic.

I stopped reading at finale. Not there yet.
Finished the Americans there. Funny that Stan G-Man really only gets suspicious 4 episodes from the end. Or that's how I remember it anyway because it's been a while since I watched the previous seasons. Great finale.
The problem with the Americans is it is kind of hard to watch again from season 1... but I might try.
