Most of the people who hated Skylar were incels, yes. Heck, probably all of them.
But if you really want to argue the point, the biggest issue is that she didn't serve many purposes other than being a buzzkill to the much more interesting main plot. At some point she became an accomplice, but she was pretty vulnerable to Walt's spiraling descent into the criminal life so she was still a victim under that role. She was never a Carmela Soprano who you can hate and not feel bad about it, while admiring the hypocrisy of it all.
