No because its.... kinda difficult to moderate. The line between venting and legit cries for help is really thin at times.

Mate when i started, 8 miles killed me. This is on a mountain bike. These days my routes are 30-50 miles on a mountain bike. Amazing how much freedom it can give you when you get time under your belt.

This this is almost 20 years old. Surprised it works
yo joefu what I'd recommend is to pick a few spots to stop and chill along your routes. I usually bang a coffee shop straight in the middle of my big routes. Depending on how hot it is I'll make sure to hit a few scenic places to catch a few minutes of shade and water. Get an app like strava on your phone to keep tabs on routes you take, too. Always good motivation to see your time and speed gains solidified in data even if you're just doing it casually.
Shit is so good for your mental health, too. Has helped me a lot when shit got dark in my life.

Yeah i feel riding around has helped. it's just some trail around where I live, and I'm out in the burbs, so nothing cool to stop at lol.
That wind as you ride just feels so good

If you think you're going to stick with it, i can't emphasise enough what a good quality bike will do for you. I start cycling again on a £125 beater from Halfords that failed within 9 months. Gears never changed properly, it was heavy, grip shifters, just all around wanky.
After that I bought a bike worth around £600. Revelation. Never worried about the gears or alignments. Was lighter, faster, had wider bars, went through everything. Stable and very minimal fucking about with it to keep it in great shape.
Might drop some cash on one if this one fails. Way I see it, if it's harder to bike, i'm working out harder lol
By data Go To PostDo people just cancel plans last minute all the time now or is it just the kind of people I meet?i noticed that people don't fully commit anymore.
i think people have FOMO to miss out on something better so they like to keep their options open. it's annoying as shit.
most people flaky as shit you just learn to work around it
i just try to keep regular hobbies/events in my schedule and have some backup plans on deck in anticipation of the flake

normally every item got like 40+ sellers, looking at other sellers outside the main page used to save me a lot of money back in the day
By Xpike Go To Postnormally every item got like 40+ sellers, looking at other sellers outside the main page used to save me a lot of money back in the dayRight so this is what I'm curious about basically
Are all the sellers on amazon legitimate/secure/safe? Or can it just be someone like pulga or suen selling the items to me?
By FootbalIFan Go To PostRight so this is what I'm curious about basicallyOrders from sellers that Amazon fulfills are indicated. That way you get the same benefits as if it was something Amazon sold directly.

Well seeing as no one answered this, I guess I will just post this in here.
I was referred to a psychologist weeks ago (actually the day I got on the transplant list), due to stress over my health situation and never sleeping as a result, and had my first session there Wednesday... and kind of hated it.
Actually not just kind, I really found it pretty terrible. Felt more like I just did a summary over my health problems the last 4 years and then that was it. I realize a psychologist also needs to get to know me and so on, but there was absolutely zero chemistry or anything.
