I mean this was two weeks ago lol. Kinda curious to see if she's going to contact me which I'm sure is just a distraction to stop me from contacting her.
Its exhausting going to have to seriously rearrange my diary for the commitment.

My therapist helped me a lot both when my parents divorced and when my dad passed. Was able to take those lessons and apply them to other grief I have experienced.

Yeah will do just need to get ready for whats to come i guess. That little taste was not helpful.

Struggled with the actual tangible actions therapy can provide but have a better idea of that now so am more on board with it.
This is something that I have heard about several times in the last few years. It is better in pretty much every way for kids that want to play sports, to play as many sports as they can safely enjoy:
i have no science to back it up but i think its actually better for you physically to play a bunch of sports rather than do the same shit over and over.
By domino Go To Posti have no science to back it up but i think its actually better for you physically to play a bunch of sports rather than do the same shit over and over.It is. And that study mentions other studies that prove it. At least as far as injury rates are concerned. Playing different sports leads to lower injury rates than specializing in a sport.
By domino Go To Posti have no science to back it up but i think its actually better for you physically to play a bunch of sports rather than do the same shit over and over. It's the same concept as working out all of your muscles rather than focusing on a a few large muscle groups. You are better off building all your muscles including your ancillary muscles rather than overwork a specific group because you'll plateau.
With sports, it's the same idea: train your entire body.

By sy Go To PostDo you use the snooze function on alarms
Yeah, if I need an alarm means I need to interupt my sleep and my sleep will be so deep I dont trust myself to wake up at roughly specified time ( which I do 90%). I can't jump up out of that deep a sleep, need to ease myself back to reality.
By Laboured Go To Post3 all one hour apart.

I am now on the transplant list for a new liver, after 3 years (no doubt more just undiagnosed, looking back it seems like i had all the symptoms at my late teens already) with this shit, and after two weeks of testing to be sure I am good to go for a new one. Expecting to get one within a years time. But could be tomorrow already if one comes in that fits my size and bloodtype. Going to be rough waiting and afterwards. About 5% my age do die in the space of a year after, but rest should have a normal life after. But not taking that chance would mean certain death anyway. Shit sucks, only positive is insurance money should be nice.
same. gotta love that 'there's now 2 hours and 10 minutes until you alarm goes off' when you make more jist to be sure.
By DiPro Go To PostNah i just use 8 alarms all 5 minutes apart

95% is EPIC for transplants, you'll be fine Woody.
By sy Go To PostDo you use the snooze function on alarmsso often that alarms are rendered useless
By Kidjr Go To PostLaboured pls y
I need big gaps so I can get the balance of actually being able to snooze between alarms and also feel like in my brain I know I need to get up soonish (without feeling too stressed by it). There is nothing worse in my world than having to get up immediately after the first alarm.
Waking up at the first alarm has never been a problem for me. I actually struggle to go back to sleep once I wake up for any rain.
