I’ve found vaping weed to be more habit forming. It’s just so easy to conceal and smoke without being noticed. No need to go outside etc etc.
Vaping nicotine was different for me cause I cut out the nicotine level as I quit. Went from 12 to 6 to 3 to zllxh

I remember attending what we called in the office as a brown bag meeting (basically you eat lunch while someone gives a lecture) about how valuable water is in developing countries and the speaker challenged the room to try and limit their shower usage for a week and see if they felt different. That was like 2010 and I've been showing the same way ever since.
I get in, get wet, turn the water off, soap and or shampoo up, wash down for a few minutes and then rinse off. Repeat for conditioner. Always takes less than ten minutes total. Water bill been under $100 a year since.
