I'll have you know I'm whiter than snow and a qualified decorator. Spent two years wasting my life in college for that shit.
I've had 5 apartments and 1 townhouse in my adult independent living days, and I've never even once decorated. Ain't got the slightest care to do it. No photos on the walls, no art, fuck all of that.
Only thing ever hung on a wall was when I had the townhouse and mounted 1 of my flat screens. Even that was a damn mistake. Trifling as hell to hook anything new up to it.

I don't think it is. In fact, I think the Flu is more dangerous. Both from the statistical likelihood of getting sick, and also how bad the illness is itself. Wild spreading viruses in China making it's way to the US is scary though so here we are.
the flu can be dangerous when you get it, people often think they had the flu when they mean the common cold. flu can fuck you up real good.
I kept seeing the SARS stuff come up and just from a glance with what little I know, this seems nothing like that at all...
The biggest issue with the Coronavirus is they don't fully know how it spreads... Like they don't know if people can just be carriers of it or if it gets worse as it spreads like other illnesses.

Honestly, I become pretty shook about it, after my son had it and seeing what it did to him. Thankful he handled it well, because it can certainly go the other way, and quick.
EDIT: Apparently I was wrong about the whole thing above for reasons too complicated to get into. I'm in a good place and things are getting better
