By FootbalIFan Go To PostYou ever tried just prunes? It's really nice to have 4-5 prunes on the side of any normal breakfast (eg. Oats with honey)
The market for prunes, as near as I can tell it, are those aged 75+ and dudes named Fender. I am neither.

actually tried yoga for my GERD and I'm not sure if it helped or not, it was fun doing silly poses unironically though.

drinking water was the worst part
I feel that. Have days where I just imbibed too much acidic shit and not enough water and more plain food.

namaste.
Went up to London for the first time since the virus came in; can highly recommend it for any of the London based lads around here.
Public transport is basically empty, the streets are empty, shops are empty and basically all have massive sales on. You can pretty much stroll around central London in the sun without having to put up with any crowds, or noise, or general arseholes. It's great

Thought I'd post on here about my Invisalign experience so far in case anyone was thinking about doing it
According to my timeline, I'm about at the halfway point. I've definitely seen a lot of movement though there's still a lot to go. Particularly, I have an issue with two of my front teeth pushing forward instead of down with the rest of my teeth. They've definitely gone down some and if you saw it from a distance, you wouldn't notice they were crooked.
The first couple of months was really easy. It was a new experience and definitely took some time adjusting to it though. The first adjustment I had was the only time it ever caused me serious, genuine pain particularly when I tried to eat anything that wasn't really soft. That lasted for maybe two days max. After almost a year with these on, the biggest gripe I have is not the pain but the general upkeep and limitations of wearing this.
The only thing you can consume with invisalign in is water. For everything else, you have to take the invisalign out as well as the rubber bands that hook around the accessories(some people dont have this but it seems most with invisalign do). Once you've finished eating, you have to brush and floss your teeth. I've probably spent around a hundred plus dollars just on the little portable toothbrushes (wisps) that don't make a mess for when I'm at work. I also create a lot of saliva in general and invisalign just compounds that. When you wear them for an extended period of time, it starts to get pretty bad. Even if you don't want to eat, you just want to take them off to let your teeth breathe. I'm actually overeating because I don't want to have to take them off later and re-eat and re-brush so I'm eating too much all at once trying to get my macros in and trying to avoid having to take them back out.
When I go to bed, sometimes I leave them out because I'm just too hassled by the idea of having to brush my teeth for the 7th time today. I have to wake up extra early for work so I have time to take them out, eat, let my teeth 'breathe' then brush and floss before putting them back in. It's getting to be really annoying at this point but obviously I'm in too deep to quit and I'm sure I won't regret it once I'm done. But I will say if you're interested but you only have very small, barely noticeable crooked teeth? I dont know that I would recommend going through with it.
Obviously not comparing these to typical braces because I've never worn those. Just comparing life with invisalign to life without.

How long do you have to keep wearing them, Data (if you've done it for a year already)? And how easy is it to keep on doing your normal brushing routine with them off?
Thinking of getting that kloppsmile.gif at some point in the future.

Got a pillow speaker this weekend and it has helped me and the gf out so much. I now get to listen to whatever I want to fall asleep easier without it being loud enough for her to hear. I tried to use my tablet, but it just didn't get quiet enough.
This is what I got: https://www.ccrane.com/item/hdp_audio_soft_ps3/103208/softspeaker-3_amplified_pillow_speaker_with_in-line_volume_control_and_sleep_timer
I actually put it under the pillow because I toss and turn a lot and it works very well. Speaker quality is pretty decent for such a small $30 speaker. A little thin and tinny, but nothing distorted and all speech comes through very cleanly.
The batteries are only needed if it doesn't get loud enough and you need more volume. I haven't found that to be a necessity for me at all.
9/10 would recommend.
