I haven't been this stressed out in a while. This shit is too hard, this weekend has been hell. The cops rule the country even in the blue cities, and the govt (in the worst case scenario) is going to start rounding up people they don't like and calling them terrorists. I know that's not new, but who knows how far they'll go with it now.

Been working out every day since May started. I tend to put on muscle faster than I lose fat, so I dunno if I'm gonna see any pronounced results for a while

i don't think a lot of white folks really get how exhausting it is to be black all your life.
i get that this is a lot of people's first protest. the first time they're really having to take a look at the company they keep in their own time. the first time you really paid attention to police brutality despite black people telling you about it for years. on some level it feels like it's like the trendy exciting for them to be involved because its new to them. its been my life for 29 years tho
