I'm going to tell your solicitors you did a swear on them on the internet and they're going to sue you for libelmation.

It's a solicitor's office so a shit would make it cleaner.

Sooooo … I think I finally got my next Job given to me. Coliseum is closed / closing and I'm being charged with a 36 floor office space high rise in Century City. It's a good job. Almost ensures a max bonus when it closes unless shit goes WAAAAAY south. However … I will have to be out of the house by 4:30AM to make it to Century City by 6AM so I can leave by 2PM to ensure I'm home by 4-4:30 to pick up the kids. REALLY not looking forward to that. Not gonna work well with my gaming schedule LMAO
One of the downsides of being in construction. Century City is just in the worst area. It's like 8 miles from DTLA as the bird flies but will take you an hour to get there. Lots of work there right now though.

Hopefully it's only 2-3 days a week. I've let management know it's a hardship on my family and me. Seems like all PM's have to put in their "dues" though. Meaning everyone gotta have one shit drive job. I'm hoping my next job they'll stick me at Disneyland since I literally live 10 minutes from there.
By Laboured Go To PostWaking up at 4:30am does not seem like ascension to me.
Its by choice, I could start at 7 in century city and leave by 3 but that adds like 1-1.5 hours on my overall drive. It’s specifically location and timing and I just didn't have luck on my side. I was close to getting a hotel 30 story hotel in Garden Grove 25 minutes from me, but we didn’t land that job.
And like I said … driving will suck for a couple years, but It's an almost guaranteed fat ass bonus at the end.

Whatever. Sometimes I code for 90 hours a day like Elon.
Fuck Bezoz obvs but so much of his assets are so far from liquid in the way that people think. He is 'worth' plenty of course.

imagine not being a boss in your line of work. Make everybody else put in the hrs m8
Ya'll got any tricks for keeping a room smelling good? I don't mean like 'not smelling' but like I want to go into a room and have it smell good when I walk in without involving burning candles/aerosol spray but I'm open to those air fresheners you can just let sit and do their thing as long as it's not too overwhelming.
Obviously regular cleaning and not eating in there is one thing.

Call Phones on work hours. Don't usually post much until kids go to bed when I get home.

Reckon I'd do James Bond.

I guess its fairly easy because my work works around me. All my job really requires is a phone and a laptop so I do it from anywhere and because I spend so much time working i work due to the 5 different timezones I spend alot of my day broken up by gym, lunches, massages, sauna, netflix and time spent with my wife when she's not at work and son. But I dont go sleep until 2:00am and wake around 7:30am
By Kabro Go To PostHow does Slaent elite find so much time to post here while juggling work, relationship family?I work from 8 to 12 hours sometimes, work is boring. Eternally grateful to smart phones

Lol I wish, I live a much simpler life these days, the odd blow out every now and again but nothing crazy.

Hahahaha I wish.
Must say I'm really enjoying the US and your hugely inflated salaries man. The disparity between companies for the same role is crazy, even factoring cost if living and taxes theres still like 30 net difference.
Studied 41 hours in January, 88 in February. Definitely the hardest I've worked but it got put into perspective by a pro artist, it's barely two weeks of work. I should be aiming for 5 hours of studying per night. That would give me almost double my February numbers.
After work, I studied for 2 hours a night in February. Not sure how much of that I retained because I'm pretty mentally drained when I get home, definitely learned the most on the weekends.
For March, I'll try taking a nap when I get home in hopes of resetting my brain so I can study effectively. I'm aiming for 3 plus hours per weeknight this month.
I might've asked this before, but does anyone do those power naps? If so, how long?

I think I would enjoy a massage, but I don't like strangers touching me. My wife cuts my hair now cause I don't like people touching me.
Power naps are dope. 15-20 minutes of actual sleep is the goal, but you can go longer for added benefits and some added downfalls. Longer naps seems to leave people groggy.
If you work 8 hour days 5 days a week, its going to be hard to get more than 2-3 hours of studying in per night. Props to you if you can.

for like maybe 1.5 or 2 hours everyday lately. Very close to offing myself I think, just really tired.

Sorry that typically poorly worded, alot of the work I'm doing is based in the US (finding people new roles) but I'm still here in the UK. Just my subling and folks are US based.
