Man ... holiday break was for real. Interesting how I can basically be off grid for 2 weeks. Not watch sports, follow politics, or do much beyond eat and deal with family, yet I’m somehow twice as tired as I was before the break.

Easiest solution is probably to just not have dairy products in the house - same solution I use (with crisps and chocolate) to stop myself becoming obese.

We're starting a nightly toy cleaning regiment with my kids. Got a Roomba for Xmas and need floors clear enough for scheduled cleans. Scheduled mid day cleaning so I get home to a decent floor daily. Keeping up with kids often feels futile for us. This should help.
Back to work today too. I didn't get any personal stuff done but I definitely feel more relaxed. Maybe 2020 will be ok
