Respect for Warren dropping by the day. She has to know what she's doing at this point.

Selma churchgoers turn their backs to Bloomberg
Should have been way more than 9.
WTF were they going to teach him, that all of the people affected by stop and frisk, or all of the Muslims that had to deal with Hydra ass surveillance and the NYPD couldn't? Fuck outta here.
Believe in Jesus and have a wolf, giving speeches to your flock, brehs.
A group of at least nine people took part in the protest as Bloomberg spoke during a 55th commemoration of "Bloody Sunday" – a historic civil rights march in 1965 where 17 people were injured by police as they attempted to across Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma during their march to Montgomery, Alabama, to demand the right to vote for black people.
In first introducing Bloomberg Sunday, the Rev. Leodis Strong told the group that when he first invited Bloomberg to Brown Chapel, Bloomberg told him, ""I've got to beat Donald Trump, I don't have time to go to Brown Chapel.' "
Strong said he threw away the paper he had with Bloomberg's information, disappointed. But Strong told the group that "some of (Bloomberg's) people reached out" and after thinking about it, "I thought it was important for Mayor Bloomberg on his journey wherever he ends up, that before he gets there and on his way there it is important that he has the opportunity to listen to and learn from people like you, and you, and me, and this one."

Could argue Warren’s staying in the race to ensure the conversation on policy stays left-leaning. If she drops out, Bernie’s the only one left.

I was reading analysis that Warren's vote share when dropping from her splits off into lots of people. Not just Bernie. Her last fall in the polls saw increases in Pete, Sanders and another IIRC.
Anyway I hope she doesn't drop out cause she's the only one I'm willing to vote for in the primary.

This says one of two things to me: that voters aren’t staying in a specific lane for what candidate they like, or:
That voters don’t know wtf these candidates stand for lol.

Her degraded platform is what allowed Bernie to get his foot in the door again. She's more responsible for Bernie's momentum than anything Bernie has said or done.
Liz the only one talking about it like it is. Want change? blow up the filibuster. Bernie won’t even commit to that. Fuck his platform. Lol

And with everyone but Bernie talking about how great a brokered convention would be after the entire party crying in the tub about a popular vote? Nah lol. Absolutely disingenuous and pathetic. Filibuster, term limits, gerrymandering, etc are fake noise when the game is plainly about stacking the deck. When said game changes let me know.
Last thing anyone will want to see is their party cheapening the impact of it's victory before doing what they set out to do. That makes no sense man.

BREH …
Bernie in 2016:
In 2016, Sanders battled Clinton until the very end of the primary and vowed to take the fight to the convention.
"It is virtually impossible for Hillary Clinton to reach a majority of convention delegates by June 14th, which is the last day a primary will be held, with pledged delegates alone. She will need superdelegates to take her over the top at the convention in Philadelphia," he said at the time. "In other words, the convention will be a contested contest."
Fuck that old hypocrite. Dudes as misleading as they come.

The moderates seem to be consolidating
Think she’ll be his VP choice?
Taking a democrat out of a Senate seat in the increasingly hostile midwest would certainly be the most Democratic Party thing ever.
I will say it's kinda shitty dropping out so close to Super Tuesday when a lot of ballots have been mailed

It definitely is.

If it weren't for Biden she'd be the main person getting clipped
By Fenderputty Go To Postsort of a danger if you’re early voting in a primary.Which is why all states should hold their primaries on the exact same day and avoid all this bullshit
“Liz isn’t consistent says man who then uses inconsistency to support his case”
I mean ... I guess Bernie’s consistent in his hypocrisy and misleading campaign tactics. Did you know almost all of Europe is doing his M4A plan!? Shits easy

I don’t disagree, but this seems like a great way to ensure more brokered conventions. There will be no “momentum” candidates

We can do this all day when it comes to career politicians - fact remains that Liz walking back her earlier goals and ambitions in a span of months is why Bernie is even a thing this time around. She was the one saying there's no point in being president just to say why you can't do something 😂 Warren's whole campaign forgot that's where the energy came from. Nobody did that to her. She wanted to appeal to moderates with halfway stances and lost the energy.
I'm sensing a theme

There's a whole bundle of progressive votes out there and after getting asses clapped for years the Democrats think they're too good to take them. ight

Neoliberal shill mayor Pete ran a socialist campaign compared to Clinton / Obama. He just didn’t realize there is no gray anymore. You’re either a shill or you’re not.

Somehow I doubt people voted or didn't vote for Pete cause he seemed like an empty vessel. I'm not even a Pete fan, I largely agree with you. I'm just saying, his platform on the merits should not be considered republican light by the left. At all.
The only "republican but nice" asshole up there is Bloomberg.

This fairly recent "moderate" label gaining more weight though... lol. Democrats need to actually address this rift. Because any tangible deviation away from either is getting understandably drastic reactions.

All support a public option, gun control and a whole bunch of shit not one single republican would sign up for without massive pushback from their constituents. They don’t even resemble republicans accept they agree Bernie’s plans aren’t realistic. (They’re not)
None of their plans are realistic, so long as McConnell holds the keys. Acting as if being a moderate will get Republicans to reach across the aisles, is unrealistic. If Dems don't get a clean sweep, they will be as ineffective as a theoretical Sanders presidency would be. One of my biggest issues with Biden is that his senile ass thinks they will be able to cut a deal with that dude.
By Lunatic Go To PostHasn't Bernie won already? .
No. A bad upcoming Super Tuesday and a consolidating moderate vote is changing things

I don’t believe Biden believes this so much as he believes it’s what centrists want to hear
Rumors of Bloomberg slowing down spending. Pete and Amy campaigning in TX for Biden. Looking more and more like Bloomy and the rest were only there as a Plan B if Biden didn't decisively take SC
