When I was a student I looked into Erasmus but the grant would've been about half the monthly rent wherever I was going to be sent (never mind any other expenses). I doubt the Brexit replacement would do any better but I thought that was the flaw of the program.

One month later, he was found by police in the backseat of his car with an unconscious woman, also beaten and strangled, in the same location as the attempted murder of Barros. Little served two and a half years in prison for both crimes. Upon his release in February 1987, he immediately moved to Los Angeles and committed more than 10 additional murders.[17]
