It’s a stay for an appeal. Pretty standard. Make your claim if it wins the appeal
So what usually happens is when you lose in court you say to the judge "with the greatest of respect u suck and everything you just said sucks, and i want an appeal" and then the judge says "lolercopters yeah but no, how about you make a formal application because im not giving it to you here". So there's always a day or so delay after judgment before a formal appeal is filed and yeah then most (but not always all) relief that was granted upon judgment is then stayed pending outcome of the appeal.
