Biden is probably the least worrisome candidate the Dems have right now. As Fender put it, everyone else is running on a campaign of pipe dreams. So far Biden's plans have sounded the most realistic and plausible. I'm an independent swing voter, but at the moment he's the only one worth the vote since Tulsi Gabbard is not being given the time of day.
I also really can't fucking stand Trump's asinine Twitter posts, incoherent rambling, and backpedaling. I've long been convinced he doesn't even run the country directly. I know that he has a massive committee of CEOs that he relies on, and I'm basically certain the only reason the economy is doing much better than expected is because of them. And not him. But he's the mouthpiece of our country, and his words are toxic.
He is the Ayatollah of the US, basically. Appoints people, talks shit, does not much else.

I just don't buy into fad of the month politics. I laughed at our immigration policies when it was cool and when it wasn't. I'm for protecting unions and not reinventing the wheel when it comes to basic workers protections. I think there needs to be a third party for oversight over all state police so precincts can no longer investigate themselves and find nothing wrong. I recognize our military is a blunt instrument and not a stabilizing force or placebo and shouldn't be used as a placeholder for actual decision making processes over entire regions. To the stars through blood because the space race is real. Fuck China. The EU and NATO need a wake-up call before shit actually gets real. All or nothing on guns, rip the band-aid. Climate change is real, but green energy is not run by saints and those of purest hearts. Etc
