My muscle weight has fluctuated frequently, got big around as went gym for about 3/4 years. Dropped off when first came to the city, had s another run on my south east Asia tour for another few year and dropped off again. Been wanting to get back into again but I hate do things in half measures so if I cant go 5 days a week for 90 mins ish I wont go. So only really became a possibility when I started managing my own time especially with wife and kid etc.
Yeah 72kg is too light for sure so makes sense you're gaining
