Working swing shifts does me no favours. on the weeks I work 6-2, I get maybe 4 hours sleep on Sunday night, but by Wednesday I regain some balance and get at least 7 hours, usually 8.
Following week working 2-10, I more than make up for and get a good 8-10 hours a night.
Dunno how I used to cope in my early 20s. Worked 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm. 5-6 hours sleep every night. Gym 4-6 times a week. Felt absolutely fantastic regardless.
I wake up at 6AM every weekday. I wake up at 7:30 on weekends. I usually go to bed around midnight regardless so …. yeah

also between caffeine and preworkout im basically throwing like an extra 3 hours of energy in my body.

Got to bed usually around 10-10:30 at the latest for 6:30am wake up on weekdays. Trying to go to bed even earlier, ideally at 9:30.
