B: Hawaiian (Poké), Thai, Oaxacan, Japanese (esp. breakfast rice/fish combos, okonomiyaki), Good seafood, Taiwanese

C: Korean, Authentic Chinese, Mediterranean, Peruvian, Armenian, Palestinian, Mexican

D: French, Italian, Vietnamese, German, Salvadorean, southern bbq, most seafood, certain NA food like fried chicken, poutine & gourmet dogs, (the best of which are Mexican/Oaxacan style anyway)

F: All UK other than Tikka Masala

that's a very interesting list for sure.

Chinese food tiers:

A: Dongbei, Xinjiang, Yunnan

B: Sichuan, Henan, Cantonese, Hainan, Indian Chinese

C: Taiwan, Beijing, Western Chinese

D: Inner Mongolia, Shanghaiese

F: Korean

i only really know sichuan, bejing and xinjiang stuff a little deeper.

all you have to do with it is reduce it in olive oil with a bit of garlic (or a lot because it's so good), salt, pepper, and chilli pepper if you're not a pussy.
