By Laboured Go To PostWell you see the ruin was originally from Pulse. It was recovered and brought up to Cocoon. Inside the ruin, a Fal'Cie lives in it. The Cocoon people didn't realise this when they brought up the ruin from Pulse. Serah was just wandering around the old ruin waiting for Snow and something happened and the entrance to the ruin was opened. The Fal'Cie in the ruin were somehow awoken. Serah went in and was turned into a L'Cie.
Impossible for me to tell if that’s actually what’s going on or you just made up a bunch of RE sounding words

@13S @dy
I haven't finished it yet so I'm just speculating
OMG it just downed me that they might all be DEAD/AI'd in Destruction mode….they're talking about eating out outside together after all of this is over ;_;
WAIT don't say anything lemme see where this goes, but this is so grim, I like it.

Valhalla from what I remember
Fallen off a lot of games, but Valhalla is one where I began to dislike it long before I stopped playing it. Games like that become a routine that I can find myself unconsciously playing to completion before realising that I've wasted my time.
Thankfully Asgard arrived about 35% into the game and provided a jolt of 'are you seriously going to spend 3 hours in this boring fucking dream sequence picking up nonsense for no reward?' that led me to drop it.

I don't like how much they made animal crossing feel like work with daily quests and achievements but I don't know if it's the worst. I haven't played a ton of new releases this year . They've all been decent. It's been a pretty C+ year
you don't have to do any of these daily quests. it doesn't punish you at all for not doing them.
the terraforming stressed me out way more.

By bud Go To Postwas just checking codemasters' wiki page.Their mindset is basically releasing as much games as possible with little support post launch. Usually their games have 3-4 months of patches then they abandon them.
their output (2-3 games a year) is insane.
So they have time, which should rather be used on fixing their games but instead they're already working on the next sell.
That's a perfect fit for EA and their annual franchises.

I can't tell if it was done on purpose or not but the narrative in Days Gone is hilarious. Between schizo Deacon and the general voice acting I'm laughing my ass off during every cutscene.
This is like 'the room' but a videogame.

Seeing the statement from CDPR earlier today, what a joke it was the release of Cyberpunk 2077 on lastgen consoles, which surely is the biggest pizza slice ratio of sales. Utterly embarrassing the state of the base consoles versions, game running at fucking 720p on PS4 and most likely below that on X1.

CDPR is one of the few devs that I'd consider a PC first developer, they built up a sizable following there.
TW2 never even released on a Sony console and it came out on Xbox like a year later
I would've built up a PC for 3 if it was exclusive

By data Go To PostCode masters gonna make shitty pod racing games. Congrats fellasi'd love a new pod racer.
By Wahabipapangus Go To Postdid not expect that
Well their games have always been pc first, and that is where the biggest fanbase is. On top of that, the console versions run like shit and they arent ready with the next gen versions yet. So makes sense.
if only sony had something like... a certification process innit. #standards

Well people that preordered didnt know the state of the game's release. If if it wasnt for a pandemic year with inflated prices I'd have probably preordered myself and thank fuck I didnt. The game is unplayable atm.
CD Projekt 100% knew that the game ran like shit on PS4/X1 but hid it until launch so they could get all the early adopter money.

Think it started to be pretty obvious that the game was broken as fuck, once they refused to give anyone access to it haha. But yeah, the majority of people probably didnt have any idea. But as I said, just one of many factors.
By rerixo Go To Postwtf in what world is codemasters worth $1.2bnThey are pretty much the only racing sim developers outside of the first party exclusives and they have a bunch of very valuable licences like F1 and WRC.

Saw someone on Era say that cert on these platforms has become a basic rubber stamp process since Covid hit.
It will actually be a good thing to me this, at the time the game is on playable conditions it will be probably half of what it's costing now lol
