Been back into Binding of Issac lately. Fingers crossed the new DLC comes to the Switch because it’s the best game on the system.

By toku Go To Postwould love to see a fast paced giant mech first person shooter from respawn entertainmentthis post sent me into a mecha spiral. Fuck this gen, there's just nothing aside from that Switch game.
the mecha parts were the worst thing about tf2 though
armoured core is the one true saviour we are waiting for

the two main guys behind AC all left From a while ago so I dunno. Miyazaki is the only one left
By rerixo Go To Postthe mecha parts were the worst thing about tf2 thoughThis is categorically wrong
3 hours into Xenoblade and this shit is phenomenal so far. Even though it’s the first in the series, it feels like a sequel to where the devs learned all the lessons from the previous games.

The DLC is more items, more synergies, more enemies, new floors and and more variety. Not to mentions new playable characters.
Have you ever played it?

not big on roguelikes or babies, maybe my least favourite genre along with menu games like Football Manager and walking simulators. I just hate randomly generated anything

I was wrong. You're no real time but you still real enough to me now

By syrenity now! Go To PostI never believed in youWhat a shot
I'm sorry syiola
games I'm playing right now (I dunno why i like doing this)
Wonderful 101: wholesome lighthearted shit, love you to bits Kamyia. If you even have a passing interest in Ultraman and Kaiju shenanigans you absolutely need to play this. Xpike was right sound the alarms
Deadly Premonition: fuck off Wooden lmao. Detectiving around is sensational and you do feel like each npc has a life of their own when you're tracking them down throughout the day (!) but fuck me literally everything else is BAD, even the good bits are executed poorly, might as well hire this dude for the next Nier. The whole game is literally lifted from Twin Peaks, from characters to locations to the log lady, except now she has a pot.
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne: what is this who are you it's like a nightmarish surrealistic Persona but with the shit social bits completely removed. HELLO
P4: still wiping yo. Sorry I don't do grinding
Shadows of the Damned: I think I'm at the end game and Suda still hasn't ruined it (yet). Good shit

I was always under the impression that you have to be a masochist to actually play Deadly Premonition.
I've watched and really enjoyed a full play through, but it looks like a nightmare to control.

By DY_nasty Go To Postfriendship with destiny 2 ended. pso2 is my new best friend.Hah.
Oh, I found out what was causing me to be unable to play on PC. I had hardware virtualization enabled in my computer's BIOS and the anti-cheat in the game freaked out about it. Apparently NetProtect GameGuard does not like it when people can run virtual machines.
Also, Dy, look up ring grinding in PSO2. Holy shit. You can have up to four rings of each slot (L and R) but then you can slot them in other things somehow, too? In addition to having to grind each one out with XP multiple times in order to max out its "enhanced" potential. D:

What loot game do you guys reckon has the best balance between rewards being based on grinding and difficulty? I'm not patient enough to get the best stuff in the former, and not almost certainly not good enough for the latter
Might give FFXIV another go and focus on one job

I never think of Monster Hunter as a loot game for some reason, even though it very obviously is one.
Been two and a half years since World, wonder when the next one is out. Not played Iceborne yet, find snowy settings pretty dull for the most part

All you have to do is grind difficult bosses for loot. What's really good about BL is that when you get a new gun it could drastically change your approach in combat (if not your talent tree) so its always refreshing, you dont just get a +damage item.

yeah not looking forward to Iceborne at all, snowy settings are just as boring as lava.
By inky Go To PostDiablo 2D3 been on sale for what feels like several years, how is it really? Necromancer seemed fun to play but Blizzard fun
Diablo 3 is fine. It's very straightforward; you pick a character class and the game will give you exactly what you need to make it work and then you play that until you get bored.
D3 is actually a good game now. The combat systems are pretty well thought out and pretty fun and proactive. You can change your skill build easily which is good because the gear is what really controls what skills you go after. And they added a bunch of cool gear interactions. And the gear drop rate gets better and better the stronger you get so you have better and better odds of getting better gear.
The adventure mode and rifts and greater rifts are fantastic. You can even set your own difficulty with them!
Story mode sucks ass and you should never play it. Hardcore is where it's at because, even if you die, you likely have enough gear stored in the shared stash that it will force you to try a new build.

I am sure the Gamers will take it receptively and kindly once the PlayStation and Xbox twitters post it
