These are the sort of games that will cost Solksjaer his job. I'm a fan of what he's trying to do with the side. Get rid of the underperforming legacy players and replace them with young, hungry players who'll do anything you ask. But he doesn't have the tactical acumen required to break down side that sit back and defend.

Solksjaer wants to protect Greenwood from burnout and over exposure to the media. That's a very admirable thing to do. But it's now a detriment to the side when he's not involved from the beginning. He is clearly ready to be starting league games.
