Poch won't do nothing because the problems go beyond just the manager
there's simply a severe lack of quality in the squad

Agreed, to a degree. Would he get us fourth? Not this season. But he’s better than ole innit.
My only concern with him would be he hasn’t recharged his batteries. Think we should get a deal in principle for post-Xmas, maybe next summer if he needs the time out a la Pep at City.
By KidA Seven Go To PostSheffield don't even have our future captain Deano in goal.Lies. Only United ever have players unavailable for matches.
By Lambda Go To PostPoch won't do nothing because the problems go beyond just the managerIf there's one reason to go for Poch, it's because the gravitas he can bring in getting better players.

and even this is questionable, when we spent a month each to get Maguire and AWB because a certain CEO is trying to salvage his reputation.
A reputation he could have salvaged by getting better people to do the job he sucks at, but whatever.
Would rather Poch rebuild this team than Ole. Give him half the season to work with the team and plan for the summer.
Like, I feel sorry for Solksjaer. He's been left with the mess that the Glazer's, Woodward and all his post-Ferguson predecessors have left. But we also must acknowledge that as a manager he isn't good enough. The same problems that we've had since PSG away haven't been remedied. As the manager he's responsible for that. Yes, there's the fact that there's huge gaps in quality that he isn't responsible for. But it's his job to work.around that. But he can't.
We probably need to spend 200 million then, at least if we want to salvage things in January.
and this includes Poch, and a DOF.
One of them is possible, the other requires someone to realise his mistakes.

It'll take a few windows but I'd rather Poch see that through now that he's available. Ole was always the interim choice. Club made a rash decision giving it to him permanently. Bite the bullet and go for Poch.

By Flutter Go To PostIf there's one reason to go for Poch, it's because the gravitas he can bring in getting better players.Thing is tho, to the owners he's doing a brilliant job. United are one of the biggest clubs in the world and make money despite the terrible onfield results. The Glazers spend as little as they can get away with and still make money. Why would.they want to change things?

If things get so bad that we're legit threatened with relegation they could.aell.up and still make a profit of at least $1.5 billion on what they originally bought the club for.
By Doicare Go To PostSo you say it's so common yet you can't even post a single example from this season….. and that in a nutshell is everything wrong with with this forum, people who are wrong but act like they are factually 100% right. As for the goal Jones was fouled but surprise, surprise no free kick was given & then the shot was so hard and close to the goal all De Gea could do was get something on the ball so no mistake by him. I look forward to your next reply.I never said it was common unless you were very literal with "all the time" in which case I apologise for not taking that figure of speech literally. I'm sure you would come across more of those scrappy goals if you'd follow a team a little more prolific in front of goal. That's not really your fault so I can't blame you for that. Jones got absolutely bodied because he's a shit defender no foul there. De Gea was lucky to get such a convincing block I agree. It was a great shot.
By Killer7 Go To PostWe aren't fixing anything in January.Yeah, only if we hire him, with both parties not expecting any good results until next season.

By n8 dogg Go To PostEmbarrassing we’re reading into that pic at all tbh.
This.
I don't really understand the point of Doicare's gimmick in always defending United no matter how poorly they play. It's not even funny just sad.
By KidA Seven Go To PostWilliams with more goals than Lingard
Rip
good lord Williams.
Scored, and immediately ran back to the center.
At least someone fucking knows the dire straits we are in.

Williams is brash with his tackles. AWB has been mediocre with his attacking
We need to somehow splice both together into the perfect fullback.
