By Cleff Go To PostLooking back now, I really think Schneiderlin ranks alongside Sanchez as our most disappointing signing. I was utterly convinced he would be the solution to our midfield woes. A proper DM that could break up play, but was also comfortable on the ball. He had half a dozen good games then proceeded to be anonymous for fucking years.I was thinking that other than Pogba, and Mata, who has did we buy who had actual good technical skillset.
and we spent close to half a billion....
By domino Go To PostI get why were trash. Our squad is shit. But Tottenham baffles meIt's just a marriage that is close to dead... The people involved are necessarily bad, but they're over it and can't wait to part ways all the while little Levy doesn't know what he will do once his parents split.
By Pennywise Go To PostLichtsteiner scoring…an own goallol. Almost like he never left Arsenal.

Like Fungi said, they're working together for so long now. Given that they lost the final, there should have been a harsher cut during summer.
Getting new blood in, changing the foundation a bit and giving a different impulse that might be necessary.
By Flutter Go To PostI was thinking that other than Pogba, and Mata, who has did we buy who had actual good technical skillset. We signed Schweinsteiger in the same summer as Schneiderlin. But he was in the tail end of his career and couldn't do everything he once could. We still should have gotten more from him too though. He meandered his way through two seasons being mostly shit.

I'd actually forgotten we'd signed Bastian, one of the best players oh his generation. He was that forgettable.
By FootFungus Go To Postlol. Almost like he never left Arsenal. He's playing for Augsburg now. 16th in the league and Lichtsteiner is really not showing anything from what you remember during his Juve days. Past it for at least 3 seasons now.
By Pennywise Go To PostIt happens.Yep. Instead we have players that do want to be here trotting out and simply going through the motions. It’s terrible to watch.

Well lads, which game should I fire up for the first time Sekrio or Ni-Oh?
By FootFungus Go To PostSo like sex in a failing marriage.Exactly that and I’d say Sekiro, but I’ve yet to play that.

Still remember when Klopp left us and he basically admitted that it was either him or a huge part of the team. New impulses were necessary.
Neither choice is really great and doesn't necessarily lead to success. Still better than running it into the ground and I hope the Spurs managment sees that and will handle accordingly during winter break.
Time to make some tough choices.

Both are great titles.
It really is one of the worst games I’ve watched this season. Feel a bit for Iwobi, think he’s been bright but his technique in passing the ball has always been a bit wonky.
Interesting that Toscun is coming on ahead of Kean

The lad can play he just can't finish.

That's a pen
By JesalR Go To PostI think we've kept just 1 clean sheet away in the entirety of 2019, definitely not ending 1-0 hereThe R in JesalR stands for Right

I think you’ve got some excellent youngsters and I think Iwobi passed the point where he was an exciting youngster who could make the very top grade.
Contact with Yerry Mina’s shoulder meant they had a reason not to overrule the ref.
I can’t believe any of you are surprised.

By Pennywise Go To PostIt's a tough thing to do.I really like the souls games, I just don't feel like sinking in a lot of time into a game (I still haven't played DS3 for whatever reason). I know Sekiro is difficult but the time sink comes from giting gud and not debating how I should proceed with my build.

As for Spuds, we can see the problems but who do they sell and how do they replace them? From what I know, Levy probably wanted to maximum fee for players and no one wanted to go in for them. Players like Eriksen, Ozil, James, and Coutz are becoming more and more of a luxury it seems, so why pay 100 mil for him?
By Perfect Blue Go To PostDele Alli being shit is a great vindication of me. He will be at West Ham in a season or two.Eh, a bad season and a half after some grim injuries doesn't invalidate him any more than the 3 good seasons before that validate him
By Pennywise Go To PostIt's a tough thing to do.It's never nice but it needs doing. Doing it in the summer would have been better but I want something to happen in January. We can start with Eriksen.
