I've hated the results, but quite happy with the progress the team has made in terms of youth transition, and for once, we have made some truly good transfers.
but with Ole, it really is a risk if he continues as a manager. Despite the improvements he and the team has made in the background, the results on the pitch we have put out has been too mediocre.
My hope is he steps down and be involved on running the operations outside of the first team but I doubt he would be willing to.

My assessment of him would be more fully formed had he been backed in the summer with midfielders and our best players stayed fit. But unfortunately, our shape or lack there of and movement is the same its been for months.
