Jeff Green is really high up there with regards to: Biggest gap between how good a player looks like they would be at basketball just from jogging around and how good they actually are at basketball.
He looks more like a prototype basketball player than almost anyone else.

By matrix Go To PostIn defense of Lillard he's playing a top D, but that's no excuse. Same for Harden.
lol what? He's getting matched up with Monta and Richard fucking Jefferson, not to mention that Dallas is below average defensively as a team, 19th overall.
By psychintellect Go To Postexum
Yes, absolutely, Exum is probably top in the entire league in this category.

Well, Harden turned it around. Still hope for Lillard.

I meant sucking in the playoffs. Harden's continued his tread. Lillard has started his.
Also besides the Clippers... Harden just seems to struggle scoring against the D the Mavs throw at him. It makes no sense. Those scrubs and JJ Reddick.
By IWMTB19 Go To PostMeh, Wesley and Tyrus are too thin to look like the absolute prototype basketball player.Martell Webster
By HasphatsAnts Go To PostStromile SwiftI really respect Stro Swift for getting three NBA contracts in spite of any real basketball ability. The hustle is incredible.
Tyrus Thomas
The list goes on.
By HasphatsAnts Go To PostStromile Swiftwouldn't add swift or thomas, personally.
Tyrus Thomas

By reilo Go To PostMartell WebsterOh, yeah, I did not enjoy the Martell Webster experience. He's so limited, which is probably because of his back now, but that doesn't account for how he's this weirdly low IQ player when he seems so smart.

Martell could've been Klay before Klay.

By Jonm Go To PostMike Conley is who I hope Jrue Holiday can grow into. Conley is so underrated IMO.Nobody talks about Conley. I really think he's the "perfect" PG for any team and any situation.
Never been more wrong about a player either. I thought he was going to be trash coming out of Ohio State

cant succeed with bad life choices like that
By Moris Go To PostWes Johnson has an incredible build for basketball and great athleticism. It's pretty ideal. You can see why somebody would fall in love with him in workouts like a bunch of teams near the top of the draft did. (It wasn't just Kahn that was enamored, I swear.)
By DY_nasty Go To PostNobody talks about Conley. I really think he's the "perfect" PG for any team and any situation.Never thought of it like that but you are absolutely right.

Due to his nature and the Memphis system he just doesnt have the flash of other guys and often gets forgotten in those 'best PG's in the league' conversations.
By KumaJG Go To Posthttps://gfycat.com/SpottedSkeletalFallowdeer#
So good lol. He def knows he fucking sucks too, prob wondering why JJ passed it to him.
By DY_nasty Go To PostNobody talks about Conley. I really think he's the "perfect" PG for any team and any situation.I remember how many people laughed at conley's extension at the time. Ended up being the best non-rookie bargain after LeBron .

By DY_nasty Go To PostNobody talks about Conley. I really think he's the "perfect" PG for any team and any situation.I think it was zach lowe that said that we really need to stop calling him underrated. Anyone that has known anything about basketball has been calling him "at least" top 10 for a few years now. The general public just have to catch up.

By giririsss Go To PostIs lillard hurt? His numbers/production/ on court presence has been terrible.I think Mike Conley and the Grizzlies get some credit. They have made it tough for Lillard.

By Mamba Go To PostI remember how many people laughed at conley's extension at the time. Ended up being the best non-rookie bargain after LeBron .Curry is a steal for the money too but yeah.... Great player, great deal, great locker room guy too
By Jonm Go To PostI think Mike Conley and the Grizzlies get some credit. They have made it tough for Lillard. They do. For sure. But ... he should be better than that. He's not even "felt" on the court.
By giririsss Go To PostIs lillard hurt? His numbers/production/ on court presence has been terrible.Yea he hurt his shooting hand shortly before the allstar break. Might explain some of his shooting problems. Some of it is poor shot selection and confidence though.
Also, in before RIP city.
By etiolation Go To PostIs Clippers Spurs going to be the only interesting series?
Portland's loss to OKC and San Antonio's loss to New Orleans fucked up the seeding and gave us a boring QF.
GSW - NOP
SAS - DAL
LAC - MEM
POR - HOU
would have been a lot more interesting than what we have atm. Last year's was too good.
By giririsss Go To PostThey do. For sure. But … he should be better than that. He's not even "felt" on the court.
Part of it is when he isn't scoring he doesn't really add anything. He is missing Matthews badly in this series. Without him Grizz can basically rotate every perimeter defender they have one him.
