Since he has made a request for an extension in the format prescribed he is broadly in compliance with the Benn Act. His third letter is petty showmanship that has no legal effect (on the extension request) and it would not be worth prosecuting even if one could make the argument he is attempting to frustrate the intent of the law, and it would not be in the public interest to do so.

You'll raise your level but alot of hurdles to overcome:
1) stopping robo and AA... I dont know how, but you need to cut off the supply lines. These two in the second half started pinging balls in behind without needing to beat a man. Think thats the killer, they dont even need to get in behind to really hurt you with their delivery.
2) match energy, if you play matic your dead. probably one of the most industrious mids in the league. Not cute or neccassarily clever or cute but they get the ball forward as quick as possible and wont stop running.
3) beating the press, probably still some of the best pressers in the league.
4) VVD and Matip I dont know how you;re going to get past them but Martial and rashford will need to be sharp as fuck. Cant see utd getting lots of chances so need be willing runners and put those chances away.
Good thing is you will be playing on the counter so should suit you.
ironically i think emery did do the correct tactic of not even stopping TAA and Roberson and just crowding bodies in the box to stop the crosses, shame we forgot to do that during corner kicks and then luiz did the luiz
