Fair to say that his management of fitness generally has been very poor.
Came in and just ramped upped intensity in a busy fixture list.
Everyone got injured and our season disintegrated.
Pre-season he went HAM on fitness and while everyone was fit for pre-season when the season started everyone fell apart.

last night, i had the best (ribeye) steak i've ever had.
it blew away the expectations i've had as a kid when i was watching people in movies eat a fancy looking steak with beautiful lines of sauce on the plate in a fancy restaurant and the meat looked so tender you could almost cut it with your finger
that's the kind of steak and the kind of setting i was blessed with.
it was a truly transformative experience.
allah has blessed me.

Record isn't official as it wasn't done in an official marathon.
As a cycling fan (and having seen this all before), I highly doubt that over 50% of successful athletes are completely clean. Whether it's 'asthma medication' or blood doping, there are such huge advantages to be had by getting as close to the legal limits of bodily chemicals as possible that it has become necessary to be able to compete.
Perhaps it's not as common in football / tennis, where good technique can overcome raw stamina, but I'd still imagine a good number will share a helpful doctor.
