By Oddinho Go To PostDude that’s humiliating for her. What she did was wrong, but sending the Twitter mob after her is an irreversible and dangerous thing to do
True, and considering she has no proof and only conjecture it might turn out to be liable. In the end, this might be even better business for Rebekah once the flames cool down. The pregnancy defense might be frowned upon in the public court, but in the real court it will mean moral damages to be paid in a defamation lawsuit.
This Rooney Vardy drama is too much for me
What if Vardy is telling the truth
These celebrities usually do have people controlling their social medias, maybe one of her old staff still had access, you never know
She is a multimillionare, wouldnt need money for that I'd guess

It's not actionable defamation because she carefully (likely drafted by a lawyer) said it's Rebekah Vardy's account, which it is entirely provable on a balance of probabilities that it is just that. Vardy has no good argubale case here. Moral damages aren't really a thing in the UK either.
I feel sorry for Vardy and Rooney though, to have this stupid feud at the back of their minds while fucking their side pieces.

Current price of a PS4 now even is too much.
Stadia and co could upset things if pulled off right.

Huge media push with the narrative that "Zidane found his Pogba in Fede". I wonder where this is coming from, as in, is this a Florentino move lol
...tbh, Fede has been phenomenal, he's talented and so there's truth in it.

If the 5G connection is good in my area I might actually jump on the bandwidthwagon when Cyberpunk releases.*
*Pending good reviews of the service and it is stable that is.
When you want your club to be bought out, but the only viable options are either the Saudis or the Chinese.
Been using GeForce Now for a few months and streaming might be a competent option, but I can't really see it as anything else but a supplementary or edge case service right now. It's just not good enough and the limitations go beyond your bandwidth. Ironically, I would only recommend it for low or middle range games instead of the top of the line like Cyberpunk, because that is where the system behaves at its best. Strategy or Turn Based stuff with moderate graphics are the best experience in my opinion. Stuff like Xcom 2 or FM works fine, but then you can't mod that shit either.
I know they talk about optimizing it on their end, but in Nvidia's case I've found it to be a limiting factor more often than not. Games like Ass Creed run terribly. I'm talking natively on their end, no combination of settings manages a locked FPS experience, not even at 30, and they are using their top of the line Tesla, server grade hardware for the service. The result is you streaming a steady 60fps blurry video of a game that is running at anything from 20 to 40 fps on their end, and with tearing on top of that.
I don't know what kind of drives they are using either, but it feels slower than your average SSD from initial load, to loading screens to hitching, and obviously your experience will always be at the mercy of everything behaving appropriately. Stadia might solve these issues, but I'm not gonna pay to find out because the business model just isn't good either.
The biggest upside for me has to be the money saved on the power bill, more than the platform convenience or a la carte gaming with a subscription without a good gaming system. But that might just be my personal use case because the power tariffs over here are a mess, and running an overclocked desktop really pushes that shit up compared to doing your gaming in a low power drawing alternative. I'm talking $40 vs $175 monthly bills for say a good hundred hours a month of a demanding game.

Been on a Mr robot binge, but I've had it on as back ground noise while I work which is really not the way to watch a show like that. Great great TV tho.
i envy anyone who gets to watch Mr Robot all the way through w/o commercials. the season premiere this week was commercial free and it had me nervous from start to finish.

Was it any good? Second season was fairly underwhelming after the incredible first.
3rd season is generally considered a return to form
i enjoyed S2 but it did get to be a bit of a navel-gazey slog at times.

You know what's good?
Bojack Horsemen.
You know what's been equally good so far?
Undone (from the creators of Bojack) on Prime.
You know what was great which I saw last night?
Parasite, the South Korean film.
You know what I'm looking forward to:
Star Wars Clone Wars (the cartoon) last season
The Mandalorian
LOTR show on Prime
HBO's Watchmen
The Crown season 4 (this show is The Wire, Sopranos levels good)
